1. Had my manual transmission tunnel delivered today from Keron, Promptly got it fitted, but cant do much else until the sealant goes dries but i can start rebuilding the interior tomorrow Slow progress is killing me...!
2. Well its universal, so will fit lots of different makes and models bud, so would say both,
3. Bump for this lot, open to offers, need it gone...!
4. Bump for this, still here, bargain at £400...! PM for more info
5. Provisionally Sold, pending payment / collection
6. As above, I don't know much about these but can't value it for much. Came with a camper van we just brought, don't need so is available to collect for £60 Starts and runs ok, pm for more info.
7. Got round to chopping out the transmission tunnel ready for the manual section, no going back now...! I also picked up another Dashboard from Shaun last night, price of flocking is way more than i can justify and i could pick up a new LSD for the money... Looks miles better already, More to do this weekend if the weather behaves.
8. As above, I have this in my shed, sure someone can make use of it, its stripped of all parts so is bare, although i do have a few bits bagged up from it. Was painted by previous owner and is free to whoever wants it, but must be collected; Will keep it until next weekend, if i have no takers, it goes to the tip. Pm for more info.
9. Clutch master cylinder arrived today, managed to source a cheap Toyota one from the guys at Import Car Parts. Got home and promptly got it fitted up, pedal box is due to land in a few weeks too Another small step in the right direction..
10. I don't think the Photo does it justice lol, will look completely different against the dash once flocked The noise will be mental...! There is a few video's on youtube that have gone this route. Will be going for a new exhaust and decats too so will give a nice roar under load lol
11. Ahh righty. Personal preference or using what you have i guess too. My local sprint track had a broad selection last time i went, ranging from standard road cars to open wheeled machines. One guy is using a Dodge Viper RT/10, more of a barge than the Supra i think lol
12. Car is still in pieces, but got the heat shrink out and had a big wire tidy. Faulty alarm system has had to come out too, so fingers crossed she will still start when back together! Looks a hell of a lot better under there now, Meanwhile, i have ordered up the correct Clutch Pedal and master cylinder which should be ready to chuck on in the next week or two. With regards to the dash, it looks like i will be going down the Flocking route... Will be a few months before I have the funds to get it done but will come soon. Plus i think it will look great against my current choice of dash panel coverage. Most wont approve, but i think it looks pretty cool Spent last night wrapping the panels and ended up with this Let the hate flow....! lol
13. Not Dash Panel Related, but can you re cover a complete dashboard, Glovebox Lids, door cards and center console in Suede? Wondering what the cost would be compared to Flocking?
14. Why could you not use the Supra as an entry level? I thought about using mine as an entry level, but never went through with it due to the time / money...
15. When i used to live in my parents house a good few years back, the tracks were a mere 2x gardens from the back of their house with a small stop a few seconds down the line. Pretty busy line to be honest with Freight also running through, its not that bad, if the worst came to it and you couldnt deal with the noise, you could just invest in some decent sound proof windows? The only downside was being woken up in the night when there was work going on the line, mainly Chainsaws cutting trees etc but it was pretty rural. Being closer to a station, i wouldnt have thought there would be too much noise other then trains stopping/pulling away and the tannoy.
16. Still here folks, cheap as chips and STILL open to offers Lets get it gone!
17. Cheers dude, may take both Pedals and Master Cylinder if you decide to split and the price is right, just let me know
