Finally, I'm back behind the wheel and its been long overdue...! So came the dreaded MOT today, She passed, all ok with no advisories Few little bits to sort out, like the steering wheel being off centre and the idle speed is over 1200rpm (hoping it will calm down after a few miles have been put down) Other than that, the car feels completely different to drive. She seems to pick up and accelerate alot better than before, or maybe its because i'm used to pottering about in a 1.6l BMW.... Either way, chuffed to bits Had a change of heart with the stripped out interior, although I want a track/drift toy, I miss having a comfy car to use, so will be looking at getting a load of interior parts to put her back to standard inside... Door Cards, rear seats, rear belts, boot carpet and boot blind are all I need, so on the hunt soon. Will also go for a smaller 4x point rear cage too, rather than the 10 point I wanted earlier (Seeing as I have drilled the holes for my last one....)

As Above, I have a complete set of leads for sale, bought from another member to solve a misfire on my 93 J-Spec NA, but I never used them in the end as the fault was something else. Just want what I paid which is £35 delivered within the UK.

All sorted now, thanks for the input guys. Turned out to be a Vacuum line in the wrong position, no idea how i overlooked it.... lol

Hey guys, I recently pulled off the inlet system on my NA J-Spec and having some running issues. I am just looking for an image or diagram of the vacuum system if anyone can asssit? I found one online, but its not the same, despite being for a 2JZGE... Can anyone help? Even an image of the back of the engine where the lines bunch together should be enough

Hey guys, As above, I am looking for a full set of 6 Spark Plug leads and matching Coil Lead as found on the J-Spec NA. Need them to test a fault. Posted is a must, unless you are pretty local. Let me know!

I have just started playing on my xBox one again after a few months off... All I play is Battlefield online though. I used to be a die hard Call of duty fan, but the brand is just a cash making machine with a new game every 6 months and DLC etc etc, just annoys me now lol. Fortunately, my wife is more of a gamer than me, so i get away with playing it as and when, even with the kids about lol

Yea, sorry, i mean i havent removed it, just unplugged it. Connection seems ok though. Would it cause it to run so rich though? plugs and exhaust stunk like fuel

I did, engine stalled straight away. I used an old number plate to blank off the throttle inlet. It held the plate there for a few seconds after the engine stalled too.

Hey Chris, there has been a bit of condensation from the exhaust actually, but nothing out of the ordinary. Although i havent had it running long enough to notice the levels dropping. Its been standing for about 5 months, but was running spot on before I pulled her apart for the manual conversion... wondering if the ECU had died, or if the 8.5mm leads i ordered are duff.. God i hope it isnt the head gasket, just want to drive the bloody thing, not do more work! lol I have ordered the new manifold Gaskets to change but not sure if it would do anything. I think a compression test is in order whilst the piping was all off and out of the way.

I have gone to a W58 manual, so this is up for sale. Purchased brand new about 10x months ago and used very little, possibly not even more than 2k miles! Cost me about £200 from Toyota, but up for sale for £70ono, supplied with used Bolts and Spacers. Can deliver at buyers expense. Located in Walsall, West Midlands. Would a W58 cope with the V8 though? I have only just gone auto to W58 and everyone keeps telling me it'll blow up, even on stock power lol.

Gotcha, need to get a gauge ordered now then, seem cheap enough, only £15ish on eBay lol.
