Hi, looking for a family SUV and after doing some research I quite like the idea of a petrol hybrid instead of the usual diesel.. I also drove my friend's yaris hybrid and was quite impressed how seamless and relaxing it is. Truth is we dont do many miles or long trips often so I am worried that a diesel will be wasted.. So, started looking at Rav4s and Lexus NX. I like the latest rav more visually (2019 on..). So after a lot of research and getting carried away with the "necessary" equipment mileage etc I ended up deciding I will have to spend around the 16-17k mark.. Didnt want to spend that much when I started the search but you know how it goes.. Now after all this research I realise I could buy a Macan for this sort of money.. although a bit older. So I am in two minds regarding what to go for.. Looking for some advise. Anyone with toyota or lexus hybrids? Having said all this, no SUV really rocks my boat. So I'm thinking maybe I should go for an older Rav and save some money.. Just conscious that the infotainment is so bad.. Later one at least has carplay/android auto.

Hi, Looking for some dash rings for the cluster area only. Saw them on ebay but they come from Poland. Can I buy in UK or do you have a set you are not going to use? Thanks!

What an absolute bargain. Sorry to hear about seller's hardship. Hope the car isn't flipped for profit.

Hello mate, I have an old link I can sell. Not sure on the model number. I will have to check. Edit: this is the one. Bought it back then and never used.

Hi! I have a set. Discs had minimal mileage and oem toyota. One of the calipers was sticking slightly, so it will benefit from a refurb but should still work and pass mot etc.. Comes with CW fast road pads. Collection from Warwick.

Thanks! Its crazy to think that was 9 years ago! Never kept a car this long! I do remember reading your thread when you first got the car and keeping all your parts in the living room! You have done really well with it and im very jealous. I hope one day I will be able to do the same!

Off the car now. Looks quite crispy.. Should be much better after a session with a wire brush. Will take offers.

People also make custom billet ones. A bit pricey but I love mine and it's unique.

Thanks! Here is one with everything put together. Unfortunately during very bad weather. The steering wheel is new also. The horn is only temporary.

Hey, I'm sure I made a thread about wrapping the dash panels in fabric, but for the life of me I can't find it. Here is a pic of what I've been working on. Will take better pictures soon. I guess it's a hate it or love it kind of thing. I love it, but needs some fine tuning to be perfect. PS. Can you believe its 5 years since 2018?

Any pics on the car? Thanks. -
In my experience mpg is also dependand on fuel. Before the introduction of e10 I would use normal fuel. Back then I would get 27-28 mpg average with mixed driving. I would also get some issues, like vsc off light on the dash. Since I started using e5 only I get 32-33mpg average and the vsc light issue has disappeared.

I drive a is250 daily for the last 5 years and its been excellent. I have to point out that the is250 is a CVT also. It can be a bit annoying at times but it is generally very smooth. 6 "speed" and there is also a "manual mode" It is a bit strange as it is not a real manual but you limit the amount of available gears with the paddles, if that makes sense. Reliability wise I had no issues at all with the gearbox. The atf was changed at around 60k if I remember correctly (before I bought it) although lexus insists that it is not needed. If you go that route there are some nice buying guides in the lexus owners forum. Edit: Keep in mind E5 fuel ONLY for the is250.

Hi, Will these fit a stock body supra? Do you have any pictures of how they look on the car? Clear UK brakes? They are one of my favourite designs, but do you have any idea what it would cost to refinish these? Both faces and lips? (I know it would be a shame to lose the oem finish). Thanks and GLWS

Are there any issues with the rhd with the xs-power kit? did you have to modify in any way?

Hello, How much did the bonnet sell for if you dont mind me asking? Thanks

Hmm.. Very interesting. So the ones in your link are branded as ENKEI and don't have the forged stamp.. While the ones in the link I shared are branded as BBS and are forged. Maybe that is the "RZ" version only wheels as per the listing. In any way would be very interested to know if they will fit a Supra.

I hope everyone is having fun in their GR Yaris's (? not sure what is the plural for Yaris?) ..I saw this listing on ebay and it got me thinking.. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/195282298793?_trkparms=amclksrc%3DITM%26aid%3D111001%26algo%3DREC.SEED%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D20160908105057%26meid%3Da3f25b16e1e44a498e80d0efdc7aa08b%26pid%3D100675%26rk%3D8%26rkt%3D15%26sd%3D114793182669%26itm%3D195282298793%26pmt%3D0%26noa%3D1%26pg%3D2380057&_trksid=p2380057.c100675.m4236&_trkparms=pageci%3A71efbc64-1e10-11ed-9e26-5eea22a61baa|parentrq%3Aab2bc9411820a77d7a6c11f5ffff5cfc|iid%3A1 These might be very cool on a A80 supra. Has anyone tried it? Maybe someone on here who owns both can do a test fit? Not exactly a bargain at a grand per corner but with people modifying these it might be commonplace in the future to have more pop up for sale?

Hi, As per title do you know who makes these? Anyone has one they are looking to sell? Let me know. Thanks
