Its probably been asked before but does anyone have or know where i can get the templates to install a trd spoiler. I need to drill holes. Cheers

Hi owned the supra for around 6 months now always had one thing on my mind! Boost! So i started reading. Had an idea in my mind of what i wanted to happen. Then i left the country for four months with "Carbonbullet". Clearly us talking about cars was like a 20 year olds sexual frustration when he cant pull. There was a clear eagerness to get back to the UK from the shit hole we had found ourselves in. On the positive note being there was giving me the money to fund what I'm starting. Also gave me the time to do more reading and also watch youtube videos for little tips on how to make certain bits easier for me to do. So now I'm back fresh after some time off and ready to dig deep knowing how much skin and blood is going to be lost doing this turbo build. The plan: Single turbo build not looking for mega power. Greddy TD06 25g. Greddy turbo mani. Greddy external waste-gate. Trust intercooler kit. Hks filter. Screamer pipe. Blitz nur spec exhaust. TRD spoiler. Boot lip to go inbetween the TRD spoiler. BC coilovers X3 Prosport guages, oil press, oil temp, boost press. Hks oil filter. Purple cam gears. Hks cam belt. 1.3mm head gasket Top secret carbon bonnet. Clear cam cover. Thats all i can think of for now. Also have a few more bits to buy. Ecu. Fuel pump. Front bumper (undecided) And obviously the map as well. I will be giving bits a tidy up as a strip the engine down. Got tubes of chrome polish and i have my own air brush so hopefully can get it looking presentable. As soon as i can get the car in somewhere the work will start. I am going to be buying a new front bumper as i dont like mine. Now is it ok to buy second hand as it will get pinted anyway. Or would people say brand new only? What are peoples preferences? I do like the do luck but i think it may sit to low. Ridox is an option. I dont want somthing big and chavy.

haha i am out the country as well buying parts and getting skyped from my dad showing what i have bought. i have spent a lot of moneys. lol I am returning to the UK in a week or so. NA-T build wont be started for a few weeks yet. mmy orgigional plan was to do it on a budget but i dont want mine blowing up. but got carried away with my spending. haha. I think we will be starting these around a similar time by the looks of it.

Was wondering if anyone has templates or knows what the rain guards for this look like. I havnt got any and am wondering if it will cause a issue if i dont have any. Cheers Alex

Also i have a bliz nur spec exhaust now i dont know if that is an exhaust that removes the cat lol

Mines a greddy mani and dont know what downpipe till i see it.

I am doing an NA-T build. I am i bit confused with what decat to buy. I will be putting on a downpipe from the turbo mani which i asume deletes the first cat. Now im trying to find where to buy a pipe to replace the second cat but descriptions are a tiny bit misleading dont want to get the wrong one. Anybody send me a link or point me in the right direction. Cheers Alex

Bought my supra a week ago. Starting to buy the bits for the turbo build soon.

I will be starting my N/A-T build in august i want it to take no more than a month. Who can map and come to the car when its ready for mapping? Also how much do you/they charge. Cheers Alex

After arguing with them for a hour and me already telling them it was a non turbo they finally decided the computer would accept it. Used the reg of the one im buying.

I rang my insurance company Admiral to get a quote on a 2jz na and they said that they need to do a check to see if they would insure the vehicle. I have been with them for years and had my skyline insured through them. They said im not the issue they just need to check to see if they will insure the supra and will get back to me within the next two days. My friend is insured with admiral on a TT. Anybody ever heard of this or encountered this? Cheers Alex

I have been looking on ebay just to get a rough idea and had no luck If im correct supras have two cats. Also what sort of price are you looking at for a decat on the N/a model as i can only find TT ones. Where is a good place to get a decat pipe also. I want to get rid of both cats. Thanks in advance. No it gives me somthing to do i get bored easily need to keep myself occupied. Hi im seriously considering a supra. I had a R32 GTR and was an amazing car. When it worked. So i fancy a go on a supra. I will be looking to get one when i get back from Afghanistan in Aug 14. Budget be around £3k-£3.5k. It will be boosted wether i buy an n/a and do a turbo build or buy a turbo one. I have a DC2 atm massive spec. Cracking car! 'If anyones interested' But im missing power im also missing the looks down the road.
