  1. I'm not sure on the price. 100 pound and I'll sort out pick up?
  2. Hey man. I've not received any communication since payment. I'll have to open a dispute with PayPal and on the forum if I don't get any communication within the next 48 hours.
  3. I'm from south Africa so the process is different to the UK. The cost ws 2100usd including shipping but excluding local charges.

  7. Few more bits in. Universal intercooler piping kit from drift motion.
  8. Bought off the net. Imported from Japan. Its a 2000 TOYOTA ARISTO V300 VERTEX Has some scratches BUT overall very happy with it. its completely stock standard apart from a turbo timer which seems a little faulty. MODS PLANNED? none. except i have put the supra rims and tires on and will leave it at that. need to fonish my NA-T conversion before i can consider spending money on this.
  9. That's my point. Why drive around knowing you could go over a bump and damage the bumper? I would have loved to keep my kit on but fiberglass sucks.
  10. Unless you have found a kit in the same materials as the oem ie.plastic ,you will get irritated with the amount of cracks your kit will have in next to no time. Talking from personal experience.
  11. I'll have it. Postage to south Africa bro
  12. Depends on your location to some extent. In south Africa the supra was never officially imported. There must be less than 30 supra in the entire country. Getting an import permit to import legally is also nigh on impossible. Due to this when they do come up for sale, ridiculous prices are called. In the last 2 years I've seen a few na supra sell for the equivalent of 8000pound. Tts sell well in excess of 10000pound regardless of spec. Both these examples do not take into account stock body or bodykit or extras. As long as a supra comes up for sale in whatever condition it will sell. The market is very different here. We don't have the luxury of taking a"purist" approach for such a car. Take a look at the us market for example. Astronomical prices are paid for the supra and skyline r32/33/34. Legislation and import restrictions and other policy plays a big part in the pricing of cars like these.
  13. From previous threads I read I think you need to fit washers to increase the height so it clears the intake. Carbing and Cusco have options for na
  14. 1000 pounds sounds like allot for essentially an engine.new aftermarket fairing kit is about 500usd.still to get a frame and wiring harness plus you don't know the condition of engine or gearbox. Save your money for something else
  15. Mostly at night. Also it's part of my reading material during meals along with some news apps. Joys of technology.
  16. Hey bro There is a family member that is interested. Maybe you can pm your email address and he can keep in contact?
  17. It's easy. I followed a guide either was on here or supraforums.com Remove clips on headlight. I think there are 5. Remove rubber strips on the light. Put headlight in pre heated oven 100deg Celsius. Leave for 10 minutes. Remove from oven. Use a butter knife and carefully try to pry the lens from the housing. If it is difficult to remove then put light back in oven for 2-3 minutes to soften the sealant a little more. Job done.
  18. [emoji106] will look much better after a good Polish.
  19. Yes I'm a bit torn at the moment. Either leave the ge head gasket and aim for 350-400hp at a high compression which I'm told feels rapid or change the head gasket, up the boost and make considerably more power. I'm tending more towards the latter. i am taking inspiration from josh42 build thread at the moment wrt the w58 gearbox that's still holding up for him.this is the main limiting factor.
  20. Thanks bro. No worries there is a stand on the left and right.
  21. Yes I'm starting off by using all the standard stuff that came with the xs power kit and will see how it goes. As and when things pack up then I will upgrade. It might not be the"correct"way to do things but I'm curious to see how far these go.
