  1. Definitely parts are more expensive now. My mate convert his rhd supra to lhd in 2014 and all the parts (second hand and some new from toyota) cost him about 3000 pounds. Now if anyone wanna do the same conversion need to spend about 6 / 7 grands, and it is almost impossible to find some parts.
  2. What about 350z transmission? I know of 2 supras in Poland that are singe turbos and have 350z gearboxes. Owners said their works lovely and are much cheaper than V160/V161 conversion kit from US: http://collinsadapters.com/index.php/2jz-to-350z-stage-4-kit.html
  3. Hi mate! lower water neck still available? if so I can come to you and collect it (and pay of course) as i'm about 10 miles away from Bedford. Thank you Sebastian
  4. you should be fine, my wheels are exactly: fronts 19" 8.5J et30 ( they are et35 but with 5mm spacers to clear UK brakes it is et30 ) tyres 235/35. rears 19" 9.5J et35 tyres 275/30. I will say that's the max for standard car. Maybe with different et you can go wider. Ah my car have standard suspension (reas) and it is not lowered. I have done about 7k miles on them, that included 4k eurotrip (UK - France - Italy - Croatia - Slovenia - Austria - Poland - Germany - UK) many different roads (motorways, local roads, bumpy roads, lovely german autobahns) and all was ok.
  5. My current wheels at the rear are 19" 9.5J et35 tyres 275/30 (or 35 not sure) stock not rolled arches, all ok.

    Mot

I've got tt with one (first) cat and my supra always have normal MoT and no problems with emissions.
  7. Great build and even greater plans for future! If you decide to sell your ASNU 1100 let me know as I might be really interested.
  8. I use those torque wrenches at work to finally check wheel nuts on buses You can try this, much cheaper than britool: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/301527276385?_trksid=p2060353.m1438.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT
  9. Last time I have used 39" long 3/4 drive Power/breaker bar from Trident and good quality 22mm impact socket. Trident is cheaper than Snap On / Mac Tools and in my opinion do the job perfectly.

  11. V160/V161 required special toyota oil or Royal Purple synchromax ( I have synchromax in my v161, works very well, shifting is much better than on an unknown previous oil)
  12. I saw your car yesterday, what a monster! Hope Your gearbox will be back soon, so you will be able to go for a ride
  13. Guten abend und herzlich willkommen
  14. Welcome! nice number plate
  15. I spread work on supra over couple days. So far I have done engine oil and filter, g/box oil, diff oil, hopefully tomorrow on my lunch brake I will have enough time to change fuel filter and maybe after work brand sparkly new walbro 450 will go in to the tank.
  16. Yes, it is really nice to drive, especially on long journeys ( me and my girlfriend took it for Euro-road trip (circa 3000 miles) and we made couple UK trips) last summer. Hopefully after single conversion that will be still possible.
  17. Surrey Rolling Road 16/04/2016 Engine Type - 2jz GTE VVt-i Engine Spec - Stock Turbo - Stock J-spec Fuel Used - 99 Tesco Exhaust - HKS Super Drager,1st cat in , 3" hks 2nd decat Transmission - V161 ECU - Stock Stock fuel pump Power figure - 370.4 Torque figure - 340 ftLb Boost Pressure - 1.0 bar FMIC HKS As I have stock fuel pump fueling is my biggest problem at the moment but walbro 450/485 is going soon to the fuel tank. Hopefully in couple of months my supra will show a big difference as I'm goin single with Whifbitz s300sx turbo kit. Just need to save a bit money for syvecs
  18. In my previous supra n/a there was nothing, no panel. In my current TT there isn't nothing. So i think (maybe i'm wrong) that there is nothing, no panel/cover in nsr arch.
  19. Thank you for answer. I'm looking for some dslr camera for me. As I wanna be back in photography after 10 years. But probably i will go for something like sony a58 or nikon D3300. As I'm just beginner, so I don't really need expensive camera.
  20. Thank you! I hope that that will happen in next few months
  21. Pictures are great, what camera do you have, if you don't mind me asking?
  22. Just wanna say big thank you for today! Thank you guys for answering for all my questions about syvecs, toucan, ethanol, wheels... It was pleasure to have a chat
