This happened to me and it was the crank sensor. The plug is above the alternator. First thing is to check where the sensor is fitted that the bolt holding it on hasn't come lose. Then if that and the plug is good. You can disconnect the plug and cont check it with a multi meter. Should be something like 1000ish ohms iirc. Mine was open circuit. The new sensor was £114 fixed it straight away

I fancy a set of those seats. Watched them for ages. Let us know how you get on attaching to runners. Would they fit to the original electric runners?

Done abit of searching for the answer but nothing definitive has popped up. Will be getting an oil cooler or two and does it matter which way to mount them? Ie fittings at the top or bottom or side. For me personally fittings at the side or the bottom would be best.

I'm just going to do what Chris suggested. Ps fluid to transmission cooler in rad and aftermarket oil cooler for transmission fluid

Haha that's what I used lol unfortunalty I have an auto so going to have to buy a cooler. I have seen that srd do one so will probly get that

My power steering cooler has rusted away and now started leaking quite badly. Can I by pass it until I get a new cooler by connecting the pipe that runs parallel to the rad, behind the radiator to the power steering reservoir??

When replacing the cam cover gaskets do the washers have to be changed aswell?

Ok I have a couple of oil leaks. Some are just hoses which I will replace. One is to the rear of the engine. Cam seals I belive so have ordered them. One iss the Allen blanks on the oil filter housing. Seen Whifbitz do an adapter. Can I just get this and get rid of the oil filter housing all together?

Still have abit of a leak from the Allen nuts. Is there anyway to get to them with out removing the inlet mani?

The ones on a standard bonnet seem integral to it though. This is a fiberglass bonnet and the ring is added after. Pop you bonnet and have a look. The rings seems part of the inner skin

Hi I need a bonnet catch/ring. Can't seem to find one anywhere so would someone be able to knock one up for me? Shouldn't be hard. Will measure everything up etc After one of these

Wire it to the cig lighter and just pull the fuse till it's connected up

Managed it. Bit if struggle. Took the wheel off and manged to get abit more access. Had to improvise making up to breaker bars etc but got there. Took me about 4 hours to replace the entire exhaust system out in the rain lol
