  1. If you know anyone near you with a TT you could just ask to borrow an ignitor from them. Slave it in and see if it solves the problem. Otherwise code 14 is; 14 Ignition Signal No IGF signal to ECM for 4~7 consecutive IGT signals with engine speed less than 3,000 rpm. Open or short in IGF circuit from igniter to ECM Igniter ECM ONn/a Yes So if you have a multi meter or can get one. Set it up to test continuity. Disconnect the ECM plug and ignitor plug and check each line (I think this is correct diagram) Ie 57b to 1a Then 56b to 2a etc etc
  2. Found a mod - I belive its hecklers where a switch can be fitted to switch between TTC and sequential. Has anyone done this? Had experience with it?
  3. It isn't raised, where as most have like a big round bit at the bottom this one has the middle cut back. When I bought the car keron told me its an early rare one but I'll have to have a look
  4. Apparently it's a really old style top secret. Genuine as far as I'm aware
  5. I'll get one somewhere. Whifbitz? Or gamble on a copy unless someone selling one?
  6. Which bumper for my supra? Ridox, stock with lip or current top secret (Have ridox spats to fit aswell)
  7. A small update: Haven't done much as I went on holiday, but the seats have been refurbed. I fixed my heater controls as someone had done a rubbish attempt at converting them blue before and the buttons didn't light up and neither did the temp dial part. That's sorted now. Also fitted my boost controller. Makes a huge difference! Got about 80-90% setup now. Abit tricky to get the settings right. I fitted the low level spoiler today, which I think looks amazing! And has changed my mind on the way the project is going. I did love my front bumper but now I'm thinking stock or maybe ridox as it would suit the style better. I have ridox spats to fit but haven't got around to fitting them yet. I also purchased some new wheels and fitted a HKS mushroom filter and appradio (which isn't great to be honest) and finally I serviced it and changed the cam cover gaskets and sprayed the cam covers black - so actually I have done quite a lot lol Wheels just mocked up- had to order some tuner nuts which I haven't received yet Now the supra looks like this I have decided to keep it silver with the black bonnet and spoiler - looks good but what do people think about the bumper? This top secret one, ridox or stock with a lip? Cheers Tommy
  8. Looks alright but a lot for an auto. Can get a mine TT6 for that money
  9. I have trd bonnet and also want rain guards. Have asked before never got answer. Just template is all I need to make some
  10. I was quoting it mate. Didn't say I belive it
  11. Kindo of skim read the whole thing. They are claiming faster spool and 25rwhp. They say the air is less disturbed as it dosent 'split' it it just goes straight to the turbo and also less bends for the air go around. How true this is I don't know. This is a post from #250 With a mechanical engineer I know (my father) we fastly calculated 4 important points to consider wich are all good sounding for the Dual intake. 1. 2.5 inch diameter twice give as much as 39% increase over 3inch diameter OEM piping ! 2. Ribled piping lost is incredible compared to standard straith piping, can't remember the numbers, but big lost removed for sure 3. The Dual cone filters I used (2 filters) give 3 time more filtration area than a single Apexi "Power Intake" 4. Removing 180degree of restriction, then 120 degree and 3-4 feets of piping plus the 2 bolt restrictions are all huge restrictions 5. The T divider where the air is splitted to each turbo is a HUGE loss because of the generated turbulence when both turbo work I resume the discussion I had with my father without all the numbers like a 90degree equal to 25feets of straith run or something, but for sure this is a MUST to all Twins owners. Also the air filters I ordered are considered the best over K&N, Apexi, Greddy, HKS, Blitz, etc., ordered from australia (again) from eBay, here is the article: http://pages.videotron.com/kanemack/AirFilter.pdf
  12. I was thinking of doing this but without putting a gaitor on it so the Manu button stays where it is and putting the o/d button on a race steering wheel. Would also be intrested in a write up on how the push down mech works

    Engine Cranes

If your only using it now again they are relatively cheap to rent
  14. The second page had some dyno results but I couldn't be bothered to read it at this time of night. Just looked at the pictures lol
  15. What about something like this? http://www.supraforums.com/forum/showthread.php?523155-Dual-Intake-for-Stock-Twins
  16. This happened on mine when I first bought the car. Changed the rad cap. Job done
  17. I'm not sure. If you go up the hill from the next hq its on the right before castle freight round the back. Been a couple if years since I've been there
  18. I think there is a decent one in narbough village. More of repair place but I'm sure they do spraying. I've also had a couple of spoilers sprayed at a place in enderby on mill hill. They did a good job of those
  19. I think kerons brother has a body shop in syston possibly?
  20. I'm going through the insurance so will cost me £70 Will ring them today. Just wasn't sure if I would have to wait a while for it
  21. My windscreen has cracked. I will be replacing through the insurance company. I was just wandering if auto glass etc can get hold of windscreens for the supra easily as it's an old rare car or will take them afew days/weeks to get one on order?
  22. I have a greddy BCC which I've never had any problems with. Just keep an eye out on eBay
