  1. Disagree on The Grey, really enjoyed it.
  2. Event Horizon is a great film, before Mr Anderson went all naff and made the resident evil films
  3. Raid was superb, also not seen the 2nd one yet. Oldboy (original as is often the case) was very good. Quite a good few Korean films out there, I'd seriously recommend one called R-Point if you can ever get it on DVD etc, a kind of psychological/supernatural horror set in the Korean War. Very very good. In the same vein as Raid - is anyone else as desperate as me for a Dredd sequel?!?!
  4. Couple of films I've seen recently; Godzilla - good, but not brilliant. Few too much Pacific Rim copying. Elysium - superb, particularly the Quake style railguns 47 Ronin - particularly interested in ancient Japan, but this was a let down. The sum of its parts should have added up to more than it did. Robocop - put it off for ages as I love the original, but was pleasantly surprised. Very interesting first half (the tech etc), but lacked a lot of the satire and wit of the original. Europa Report - serious/techy sci-fi thriller/drama. Good, great attention to detail. Interesting, but was obvious in some bits they had a low budget.
  5. Thanks nic, mine would be the smaller 2 pot ones which reading David's link means they'll fit. Time to order!
  6. Afternoon all. I have searched but just want to double confirm this for my own piece of mind, these are the correct front brake discs for a jspec na? Diameter: 296.0 mm Thickness: 32.0 mm Minimum Thickness: 30.0 mm Height: 51.0 mm Bore Diameter: 62.0 mm Number of wheel studs: 5 Number of locating studs: 0 Cheers
  7. Lol not a fan then? I like it, have been in two minds about going back to stock though, think the curves of the stock bumper would suit the overfenders more.
  8. From a local car meet, just the 3 pictures for now.
  9. Alas - no updates for absolutely ages. Had a potentially serious coolant issue but that was sorted, which also gave me a good reason to fit shiny new Iridium plugs. Details on my 'accident' here; http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?307918-Have-I-killed-it Have also went through three power steering pumps in under 2 months. Bought a dodgy one from a member that was apparently fine, then ended up refitting mine that was also screwed. Finally sourced a good one and thanks to Swampy got it all sorted! So, no really major updates due to the problems I've had. However I did swap the Top Secret (replica) spats I had started to work on with some genuine Veilside ones from another member. Reason - the VS overfenders I want to fit and got from Al Massey need the VS spats in order to look correct. So I got these on a straight swap deal and set to work; Filled, fibreglassed, sanded, and primed! Ready for painting; No other updates but lots of pictures in the next post from a local car club meet in Lincolnshire...
  10. Terminator 2 was better than Terminator 1 Ellis yours is absolutely stunning, I just fancy doing something completely different. I have tons and tons of foam sheets at work I can play with to try to get the mould/shape right.
  11. So it's confirmed now? 2016 for about 40k?
  12. Boom remembered the name of the one I'm after, Nissan rocket bunny type spoiler!
  13. Mines got an induction kit on it though which adds about 100bhp to offset it.
  14. Much closer thanks Nic I think I came across that one after a Google search. Still not quite the straight up old muscle car style though. May have to make one?
  15. Yes I am all too familiar with the setting off car alarms and scaring pedestrians!
  16. Really like that mate but I'm wondering if there is one that goes more "straight up"
  17. I have a full decat 94 NA with a 3" exhaust. It is obscenely loud. I love it Do yourself a favour though, have an exhaust bung to hand in case of long journeys/hangovers.
  18. Evening all. I want to do something a little different with the looks of my car in terms of a lower spoiler. I know there are these available, called Evolution or something? But I want something more akin to a muscle car look like this; And this from a computer game of all places; Finally I had the idea last night of a Sagaris style spoiler, obviously I'd have to knock this one up myself or get it fabricated, but what do you guys think something like this would look like on a Supra? FWIW, the car is going lower and wider with VS overfenders.
  19. Thanks guys you've confirmed my thoughts, I was thinking silver with black rivets to be honest. Rog yours is probably my favourite car on the forum mate.
  20. Evening all. I am soon to be embarking on a small project to get my VS overfenders fitted. I would in the future like to get them fully blended and shamefully rip off dodgyrog's car, but funds dictate that isn't going to happen. So my dilemma is, do I get them painted black with silver rivets so as to contrast the car (199 silver), or do I go with black rivets and have them the same colour as the overall car? General google picture for reference; Opinions please?
  21. Awesome thanks nic, that's also got the number I need for the fan centre bit. Many thanks
  22. Thanks bud, will have a look at the Whifbitz stock later
  23. Great stuff thanks guys. Have found a few on the Web - not cheap!
  24. Afternoon all, Can anyone tell me exactly what the official description for this part is (the arrowed one), or a part number please? Not necessarily the exactly correct picture, so mine is a 94 NA manual. Mine is the stock plastic one and is getting pretty worn so need to replace it. Many thanks in advance.
