Headlight inserts refurbished with some fantastic items from Noz. I have my indicators in the fog units now too, also thanks to Noz. Pics of the full units once I get the lenses polished: Wheels also refurbished fully, powdercoated locally and I replaced the (false) split bolts: Spacers on order for the fronts as they don't quite clear the LS400 brakes.

Recent jobs done over the past couple of weeks. LS400 calipers fully refurbished - new seal kits, pistons etc cleaned up, calipers painted and stickers stuck. New brake discs and pads also fitted:

Yeah I've seen a few people swear by them. I'll get some one day. With the chrome wrap make sure whether you do it yourself or take it somewhere that the best quality stuff is used. I bought some blue chrome wrap from a mid-range supplier and it was absolutely shocking quality.

Have you tried Paint Perfect in Lincoln? They're about the best vehicle restorers local to me. If you're on Facebook try asking on LincsDriver, it's our local car club. I have heard of the ones you've mentioned and heard nothing but excellent things. A few other quotes may help though

The AVS ones from near the start of the thread? AVS Advan Model 5 I think mate. I just snipped mine off, was told by multiple people who've done the same that it isn't necessary once you've gone decat.

Price includes postage. ll in full working order, some surface corrosion to the discs that will come off with a clean/drive. Pads & discs have done less than 100 miles, fitted at Christmas and car has barely moved since. Calipers in good condition, would suit a repaint. Couple of spare bolts that I'll also send out. £115 or can reduce for collection/delivery if I'm working in your area (I cover East Midlands).

Thanks. I had it bright red once upon a time, then silver/polished/chromed but I think the blacked out theme looks the best. Thanks man. Yes, in about 3 years if the values keep creeping up.
