  1. Loving the updates Nathan, incredible how much you've done underneath! Having fun with that famous Japanese wiring too Awesome work.
  2. Well, that's that then. My Supra left last night to go to it's new home, to a fairly new member on here who I'm sure will look after her. I did the sale remotely as I'm abroad which I think is for the best as I didn't have to watch it drive away. Being abroad since last August has had me watching the markets and waiting for the right time to sell, although it feels pretty raw at the moment realistically it's better to go to be used and loved by someone else rather than sat collecting dust for a couple of years. I've got unfinished business as far as Supra's go so I'll be back behind the wheel of one someday. Although I like to think I'd turned this into one of the best NAs out there. Gutted, but it's for the best.
  3. I have one, it isn't black but it is a very nice NA5 and based not too far from you in Lincolnshire. No MOT as it's been in storage since I moved abroad in September, but it has been turned over and driven by the chap who's storing it for me. Feel free to take a look in my build thread in my signature, take a look at the most recent ones and if you want to chat some more send me a PM. Cheers
  4. Definitely a thing, no doubt about it.
  5. What's the latest Ben? Any closer to being resolved?
  6. I've used a Febest one for several years now with no issues. I'd only ever go with OEM or Febest though. There are apparently some cheap Chinese ones that aren't very good.
  7. I use the blue Gates racing one. As you'd expect it does get rather dirty very quickly but it's still pretty nice. Second pic here: http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?299600-Kendo-s-Ridox-Rep&p=4270265&viewfull=1#post4270265
  8. GLWS, have one of these on mine. Absolutely awesome bit of kit.
  9. The more and more you look at that interior the more you realise what an utter disaster it is.
  10. Not sure if it's been mentioned but the lowest spec 4cyl has under 200hp. My 94 NA is more powerful than the new supra LOLLLLL
  11. Yeah it's that way round on the website too. Who tf designed that!
  12. Even the buttons and controls look completely BMW. The interior is one of the biggest let downs. The cockpit of the mkiv is something that's always been loved but that looks incredibly generic.
  13. Doesn't sound bad but sounds incredibly generic. Like every other similar modern car. You can identify a mkiv round the corner just by the noise, don't think this'll be the same.
  14. Febest is decent, I have one on mine.
  15. Just came here to post that lol. Actually looks good!
  16. Haha exactly this! Yeah they were seriously nice and very well done examples. All top branded turbos etc. The blue one was a completely stock TT6!
  17. Thanks man. Yeah I didn't actually know anything about it until recently although the wife is convinced I had it planned all along haha
  18. And finally the video links (quite loud!):
  19. Evening. I moved to Dubai a couple of months ago and as luck would have it the 2018 Gulf Car Festival was this weekend. An enormous selection of cars, bikes, trucks were on show. Some of the cars were absolutely incredible. They love their supercars and they're absolutely mad for American stuff (Challengers, Mustangs and my favourite ever car - Viper) but they're crazy for a Supra. It was a three day festival and on the first two days the main red carpet section had various supercars - Lambo's, Ferrari's and so on. They had the 'holy trinity' as well as a McLaren Senna. On the third day that same special section was devoted to the UAE Supra club and got probably the biggest crowds of the weekend. Thought I'd share the pictures (taken on my potato) and I've uploaded some videos to YouTube. Enjoy!
