Got one at my house I bought off Kaan, it's yellow and got felt pen writing over it where he was designing a vented bonnet obviously but changed his mind, it is a J Spec bonnet all in one piece but obviously would need rubbing down and a good respray, I paid 40 quid for it and yours for the same collection only though. I am in Equatorial Guinea at present until Thursday then Prague until Monday, after that am around for 3 weeks. I never used it as I got a silver one in North London same day and had that resprayed and fitted. Pictures I don't have but might have time Thursday afternoon if not would be next Tuesday, it is dent free though.

Jason, Lee at SRD fitted this to my auto supra and I am running 600 bhp single turbo with 61 mm powerhouse turbo, the gear shift is phenominal especially in the paddleshift mode it will put a big grin on your face, as to cost I don't really know but best ring Lee at SRD and he could advise, you need the whole Syvecs system including the paddleshifts and mapping but is well worth it when I put mine in sport mode with paddles it transforms the car going from a sedate but powerful automatic to an absolute beast that will make your hair stand on end, I really don't know what this system would be like with something like Kaan has at 900 bhp - Frightening I would think and probably not far off the truth

Welcome to the club, I live down the road at Rendlesham and have had Supras for 22 years now - currently own the silver supe recently completed at SRD PM me if you like I am at work abroad at the moment but back in country on 18th June

Guys are we attending this and do we have allocated space for show cars as I will be home and mine recently completed by Lee at SRD and will attend, I work abroad and need to know in advance for tickets etc and maybe allocation for park space etc - ant information gratefully rcvd - Thanks John L4 SUP

Seeing as I am a logistical type person don't see why the others that don't have tickets cannot book separately on train or go by ferry and just do their own bookings etc for everything !! Should have thought that would work - am quite amenable to team up with one or two others and do that - what you reckon guys !!

As she was under the influence she the insurance is automatically null and void - Full Stop They will pay out nothing and all and every cost is down to her I am afraid End of story !!

I had a Manual Mk 3 and 2 Auto Mk 4's an N/A and my single SRD built one now and as Glenn said with the paddleshifts it is great and I would have the auto in traffic every time, my Aston is a manual and is a pig to drive in traffic the clutch is so stiff, in fact the guy who had it before me for 6 months from new and only did 1,072 miles in bought it for his girlfriend and she couldn't drive it so bought her a new auto aston and I know why. Everyone has their personal choice.

Don't worry Lee I have the natural ability to put my foot in it - but I will say I was happy to pay what I did for my smooth bay and could not fault Simons work in any way. Nor would I have probably complained if I had been asked to pay more as there is a lot of work that goes into doing the job from start to finish - I would agree with some comments that if you are ever considering selling it may be to your disadvantage but I will keep mine and then it is a matter of personal preference - suppose I better find out where my fuses are hidden now ? !!!

Yeah John made it home on Friday 30th Jan and drove quite sedately all the way from SRD to north side of Ipswich, it never missed a beat, when I took the car to Lee he drove it up the road and when he came back said it was the worst Supra he had ever driven - stalled on him 4 times in 15 mins, reckon I was the only person who could manage to drive that car as it was, 135 miles and stalled once. Anyway Lee said when he would hand the car back it would drive like stock if I remembered how one drove. Well when I got home on Friday 30th it had driven like stock, very smooth and nice even delivery of power. The next day I took her out and experimented using the Sport mode with Paddleshifts and must say they are just as quick as the standard autobox and quite fun once you are used to them. Anyway I think I am a very lucky old geezer to have such a fine built Supra it really is a pleasure after all these years to own that car now and have it built to such a high standard. Thanks all the views and comments guys - it was all down to Lee and his guys at SRD in the finish.

Mine will leave my house after they carry me out in the bag, just rebuilt by Lee at SRD and later on to have full new suspension, I have had this one 13 years now and has just been completed ready for pick up this Friday - hope I don't get done speeding on way home. Magical work done at SRD could never consider selling
-
It is an absolute privilege to be the owner of that car now Lee and Crew have performed such an amazing job - Thanks SRD and Guys
-
Thanks the comments guys - Lee has done a superb job there, getting ever closer to the pics with the engine mounted in the bay and that does look good !!
-
Welcome Mr Boost - shame it has took so long for you to find this forum, you will find a lot of helpful friendly guys on here, my car is at SRD at the moment and you will probably see the posts, I live near woodbridge see you in the future sometime - enjoy the forum

Certainly sounds like starter motor to me ! If I remember correctly there are 3 stud bolts to get it off and one of them is a real pain you need extension bar on a swivel to get to it. Much easier when confirmed to get a local garage to take it out and replace for you. You can usually refurb the motor yourself with a kit for about 20 quid, do a search on here for the parts, also a thread on here with write up how to do it. Good luck !!

That is the same colour but convertible and only goes out on high days and holidays. Lee is now teasing you by not posting the car with the engine fitted as that is better than sex I can assure you at 56 yrs old I have been astounded by a fewe things in my time but a Supra with a smoothed engine bay and an SRD built engine is in my opinion every car lovers dream - he is holding off on the fitted engine shots to tease you guys !!!!!!
-
When Lee puts the photos up most people will be impressed I was there yesterday and didn't take any as am leaving it all to Lee to continue the story. However the smoothing and painting of the engine bay is phenominol work by Autobody Solutions and seeing it in the flesh with the engine dropped inside is an absolute work of art - All credit to Simon at Autobody Solutions and the SRD team, am sure Lee will be along sometime over the weekend to continue the story and post up the best bit - photos of the engine bay. Many thanks to those guys.
-
Thanks for the comments guys - All credit here goes to Adam at Autodoc who did a pretty good paint job between 23rd April and 23RD June when car went to SRD. Since then Lee's attention to detail is beyond reproach he really does treat a car like it is his own and am sure he takes great pride in his work, he is transforming this vehicle and am sure he cannot wait to drop the engine and gearbox in which is fully rebuilt and ready for fitting. So a big thanks to Lee and his crew at SRD really who deserve all the credit on this rebuild mostly.

Think that's a monster turbo for required horse power and believe Injectors would be too small, also agree with Chris you would need aftermarket ecu, Lee at SRD has an AEM series 1 came out of my supra which is in good working condition if mapped as you have a manual car - that will be for sale sometime.
