1. Looks awesome. Im friends with paul who did your bodywork. I saw he shared this on facebook. I didnt realise you were local to me until i saw pauls post
2. Followed a smart grey face lift plate started J 2** *** today around 3. We pulled out the Widdrington inn and were behind all the way to the spine road. Looks a beauty TT i think. I spotted the big brakes. We were in my girlfriends jag behind you
3. My boss at the time put a 70's bmw 2002 in to get a suzuki swift. Like this but tattier. Even more crazy is to qualify for scrapage scheme he had to m.o.t it
4. Or a spouse's parents[emoji6]
5. My car is plasti dipped temporary for the moment. Its red underneath but poor paint. Ive been mulling over plans for paint from full colour change to stock body stock red. This has just concreted stock body stock red the decision. Looks awesome !!!! This is just the standard supra red right ??
6. Haha see what you did there. Lets himself down with the bags hahahahaha
7. I used 20 litres to cover mine first couple of coats were very transparent 1st coat 3rd coat Then ran out at 10 litres
8. Well I say d.i.y it was d.i.y at my pals bodyshop so that helped alot being in a booth. The finish isnt brilliant if im honest its a bit rough and bobbled in places but suppose it is what it is
9. Hi. I did mine as a quick tidy up figured if its good leave it if not then I get it painted properly only cost a couple of hundred d.i.y. its not perfect but did the job. Im going to have it painted in the future And before

opinions??

Oh yeah I see it now. Funny in the astras and 350z im unsure of this colour but looks brilliant on a supra

opinions??

Nice is that a 350z colour
12. So am I right in thinking all the manual 'box and pedals etc can be swapped into a supra
13. Oh yeah in the world of supras this could snowball way out of control and grow and grow.
14. Yeah the fact it owes me very little is a positive factor. What I mean is if I placed all the tt running gear into mine the car will still be around half the cost of buying a genuine tt auto. So yeah I could sell it then put another 3000 to it and get a genuine tt auto. Or have a car that does the same job for half that. Ive been a car dealer for about 12 years now so thats the part of me saying sell sell make a profit but im getting attached to the old thing now. I would do any work myself or with help from our mechanic at work
15. So the general consensus is !!!! Run it as it is save and buy a tt, save more and get a single 6speed. To be honest I do like the lazy cruise'ness of it as it is, just having a bugeye impreza too I like the kick in the arse boost gives
16. Selling is an option but im very lucky and the car stands me virtually nothing, I bought it from my gf's friend who sold the car at a price that covered their shipping costs to move to oz. so even if I bought a tt motor and converted it my costs are still around the same as a decent na would cost to buy
17. Oh yeah forgot to mention its an auto which limits options further
18. Hi all, im considering a na-t kit for my car. Do I, A: buy a full kit xs power etc B: piece together my own kit C: just do the full 2jzgte conversion I think A may be the easier option or B could be the longer but cheaper option. What sort of costs has other peoples conversions cost?? Including management and mapping options. Im not aiming for huge bhp figure's just a nice little boost over standard. My car has done 140 000 kms and the engine seems strong and healthy enough. Thanks in advance
19. The wrap will be temporary. I had the stuff for something else so just used it as cover but 'd rather it was back to red. Originally I bought it to turn around and sell on but im kinda attached now. Keep finding myself looking at na-t conversions
20. Hi all. Ive been a regular reader on here a while now. Had a supra project that sat having little bits done at a time. The paintwork was terrible. Anyway took it to a pals bodyshop spend a few days rubbing back flaked paint all over the car. I had plastidip sat in the shed that I bought then changed my mind then thought bollocks spray it on hide the horrors then hopefully repaint it original red again in the future. I may do a project thread once I sort all my pics. Its an n/a auto, toyota option kit, geniune bomex lip, coilovers, rare rays peyton place 3 peice split rims, ss exhaust system. How I bought it And how it stands today Photos are bit naff but so has photography weather been.
