  1. Haha good point, it's only an NA after all so doesn't need that many brakes anyway . That exhaust looks fantastic, I have always liked that burnt tip look. For the money that looks like a good way to go! Might aswel decat it at the same time. Wouldn't need much more to BPU it after that . Is that the one at Cribbs Causeway? Damn thats cheap! I take it thats for regular unleaded though? I try to only put super unleaded in mine, makes a surprisingly big difference to my mpg and runs alot nicer too.
  2. Yeah they will look really nice. I liked that gold bolts, polished lips and black spokes combination. Also the fully polished ones on the thread about your wheels look amazing. I plan to work out what I need to do to get my new wheels to fit this weekend. Looks like I will need; spacers to clear the brakes, change my wheel studs and potentially roll my front arches / buy narrower tyres if they rub.... I wish I had just bought wheels that fit haha. Atleast the rear ones look like they will go on without any messing around.
  3. Haha wow thats some harsh marking! Not sure a life sentence would be worth a 0.5 increase in marks though . I know what you mean, I wish I had a garage, cleaning it is almost pointless during the winter months. Atleast the paintwork on mine is tatty anyway so can't make it much worse haha. From the thread it looks like the cruise might be before lunch. Sounds good though, you could always pop along for a drink if you cant make it in time for the food.
  4. It was good to meet you all yesterday, apologies for the handbrake turn... I couldn't resist! Its a shame it only got a 1/10 from the judges though! Yeah sorry about that, I had to point it out to my wife . Great looking car though mate, it is very tidy indeed. Made the paintwork and wheels on mine look even worse than normal! As was mentioned a few times yesterday, you should all put your names down for the Christmas lunch meet..... http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?327830-Christmas-lunch-2015-Sunday-Nov-29th
  5. As fearless said I'll still be coming. I have a blitz nur spec exhaust on my NA with a double decat and custom centre section. It's a loud exhaust on an NA though I like it and it sounded great when it was on Fearless' single turbo chargespeed supra which he had a few years back.
  6. Yeah I am a bit worried about that too. I'm running ls400 front calipers. Not sure how I can confirm whether they would fit without buying a set. Though I could always get a small spacer if they don't.
  7. Thank you for putting these up, I was about to buy a set of these in gunmetal grey and they would stick out an extra 5mm front and back due to the available offsets. Might be too aggressive, as these are spot on! What size tyres are you running on these?
  8. Damn this looks like it would be a great show to attend! Its a shame the paintwork on mine is so tatty as it ticks all the other boxes
  9. Great photos, Jake! Especially the second one haha.
  10. Me and the wife had a great time on our first dragonball run, so a big thank you to the organisers. I can't believe how well executed it was. I enjoyed every minute of it, except when I found out I had a flat tyre on the Saturday morning . Thanks everyone for waiting for me to fix it and also to those who helped out. Hopefully we will be attending next years, before which, I will certainly be investing in an electric tyre pump It was great to put some names to faces and I am looking forward to speaking to more of you at the summer ball
  11. I mainly use PCBtrain for my work, the quality is very good and they have a large selection of options. Alternatively Ragworm are good too especially if you are after a simple 1 or 2 layer board with just 1oz copper.
  12. I got my euro travel kit from wilkinsons, has everything you need and was a good price at £25!
  13. I have a Blitz Nur Spec R on my NA. It has a whifbitz first decat followed by a custom second decat (2.5in diameter pipework with a 400mm Jetex oval silencer welded in (just after the gearbox)). This then connects to the blitz exhaust with a 2.5 to 3" adaptor welded on and replaces the flange. I don't have a bung and I think it sounds great. It's pretty loud but is significantly quieter when compared to how it was with just a double decat.
