these bushes are for the front wishbone. Very rare and good when doing a brake change or something allong those lines as they make the front end MUCH more responsive.

I have 4 spare rubber rings to go around centre caps to make them fit very snug and not fall out as well as 4 valve rubbers for high end wheels that use a metal valve stork.

These plugs are what I used on my single.. good for BPR to single once you make the gap slightly smaller.

I think its very possible it will fit over a VS spoiler. I had a TRD style one and it was not TIGHT over the spoiler.
