I find that the easiest stuff to get hold of is Foliatec mesh.. This is a good idea becaus eit is constant production. !! I once needed to change out some mesh that was discontinued so had to replace it all which was a real pisser!

more than likely home made, mine came with a chrome plate surround that did not come with the car... lots of different stuff. v hard to tell without a pic

the best way to see if it works is start her up and suck your finger and ram it in there.. see what happens. If you jump about 5 feet and your hair sticks up, it is working. Otherwise get a volt meter

non cat back means that the center box / muffle is still in place.. this adds to restriction and sound! have a look uner the car see if you can see a center box under the rear axle

should be getting 10-15 bhp with NUR spec. (non cat back) Better gas flow then stock. An induction kit will also give you about 5 BHP .. and a much more satisfying growl.

OK, so ive had my new clutch setup in my car for 2 weeks now and I have to admit it, I hate it. The ferdanza flywheel makes the car sound like an old tracktor,, not at all cool, everyone looks at you at the lights and I know what they are thinking! the clutch, an RPS Stage 3 (MAX Series) 6 Puck Sprung Hub Clutch , what more do I need to say.. Hard work I think it might make my car shake to pieces! 3 times more peddal pressure.... I have never spent so much money on something I have disliked so much! I am going to change it to something else but dont want to ,,, or cant afford to get it wrong again! This has been the worst investment I ever made and I feel I am just going to have to write it off. Terry, I know what you mean now ! Same setup, same problems. Raoul, I think you will be ok because of the clutch plate you ended up with. For all others out there thinking about doing this upgrade I would think very seriously about what you are letting yourself in for. A £1000 lesson in what not to do .

OK I know Im stupid but I need help. Because of my latest purchase of a lightened flywheel I decided to raise the idle on the car. So what do I do? I un locktited the little bolt and start to play with the allen key grub screw ,, nothing happens? (I DID NOT KNOW U HAD TO TURN THE ENGINE OFF AND ON TO SEE IF THIS HAD WORKED) So I move to my next area, U guested it I decided to unbolt the throttle controler on the intake! What a F&*G bad idea that was. I lost the split washer and the bolt down the engine and managed to break a piece of plastic inside the mechanism, eventually I managed to sort of get it working but I think I have the wrong bolt, I could not find the split washer and the piece of plastic is still broken! Plus when I put my foot down now it wont go down all the way! this is seriously bad news, please can anyone help, are there any blown up diagrams of this unit and how to put it back together? ash, I did it but it will require you to cut the wires and re solder them once you have got both sides (plugs) of the electric mirror in place. Took me about 1/2 hour. Just un screw everything and chop the wires between the plug band motor. then solder back together and seal the wires.

Im up now. Was sooo tired when I got back last night! Hope evrryone else got back safe.. Costas , Where did you go? Any way all together a fun day . Thanks Earth!
