  1. Update, gauge reading in psi, 110 cold 30 hot idle Oil temp 160 hot normal running. Do these figures seem normal ?

Hi just fitted a prosport digital guages oil press/oil temp can someone give me some figures i should be seeing , cold/hot and under load, i ask because cold fire up pressure guages reads 110, if its psi seems high, if its kpa = 15 psi, cant find any info, just need some figures to compare to, hope someone can help. cant even find info on what scale ther reading in! bought on the forum used.

Just thought I would share this with you all, wanted to fit 3 extra guages in the car but didn't want piller pod ! 3guage din bracket purchased, even after reading what a Ball ache they are to fit into a supra, And yes 2 hours in and still not fitted, what a ball ache , but I'm not to be defeated, I will get get it in and hopefully looking like it should be there, will post pics once I'm happy.

  11. Hi looked at wireing diagram, looks likes pin 4 or 12 for vvti, can someone narrow it down and or confirm my findings, would appreciate the advice.
  12. Hi qusetion is , i have a prosport afm narrow band guage, (i know pretty useless, wideband really needed) but bear with me, the grey wire off the guage connects to the co2 output, can anyone tell me which pin this is on the ecu, the car is a 98 tt vvt

Hi noticed quite a few hoses in the engine bay are cracking, mainly vacumn hoses, sholud i replace with oem , or take the opportunity to tastefully dress up engine, can someone reccommend a company making replacement hoses, have looked on e-bay at boostjunkies pipeing , but not sure of quality. thanks in advance.
  14. The question was, thinking about fitting one is it possible, not im a chav ! And want to hear whoosh ! If I wanted to be stared at I would fit a ridiculous bodykit ! It was a technical question !

  16. For anybody that interested, I pmd Paul at whifbitz and asked the question, his answer is atmospheric bov can be fitted to vvti without problem. So whatever people's opinions of these valves are, they can be fitted without problem. So im informed !

Hi I am looking at fitting a hks atmospheric bov to my j spec TT vvti 1998, I am getting conflicting information as whether this is possible because of the maf, some say the ECU will get confused and the engine will run rich, others tat it won't be a problem, what are peoples views on here? Is anyone running a bov on a vvti problem free?
  20. Hi are the brake pipe fitting on the supra metric or imperial, looking to order some brake pipe spanners, im changing the flexis for braided one the weekend. thanks.
