Sorted it, removed bearing size is 40x12x17 as stated 6203. £1.05 +0.60 postage, bargain thanks for help and info.

Yes the front is all stripped down as I'm replacing condenser , radiator , can belt and water pump.

Cam belt change, all going smooth until the dreaded bolt ! First tried my snap on 1/2 drive air gun, running at 110 psi , complete failure bolt just laughed at me OK , I thought ! Time for the big guns 1 inch drive , f1 wheel gun running 20 bar pressure in a dive bottle, connected via high pressure line, Who's the daddy now. Had to gun it all the way, as it had been loctited 648 by the looks of it !

H just a few pics showing what I'm up to Stripped front end down to replace condenser, rad needs replacing, some rust to deal with, will also do cam belt and water pump. Will add a few more pics as work progresses.

Hi, stripped down car today to replace condenser, usual issues seized , and sheared bolts, noticed the rad is looking pretty second hand, so a replacement required, what would you recommend ? My car is a 98 TT vvti auto, do I go OEM ? Or fit different rad , and if I do will then need seperate oil cooler for gearbox, advice and recommendations would be good.

Hi just purchased a set of turbos needing seals etc, my question is what are my options or recommendatios , of course I could send them away to recon, but wanted to do the work myself, where do i get service kit? What model are these turbos? Any help appreciated.
