I have a number in a cell that represents a number of hours, how can I change it so that Excel displays it in "Hours:Mins:Secs" rather than as a decimal number? eg I have a cell with "3.75" in it but I need it to display this cell as "3h 45m 00s" or just as "3:45:00" would do. Any ideas? Thanks

44mpg with a heavy foot? Dave at work was saying 30-odd with normal driving! There must be something wrong with his one then! Also, he was saying you only have to look at the interior (dash, it think) for the covering to get marked. Is that your experience?

One of the guys at work has a new shape Civic diesel (I dunno the model number/code). Anyway, he was telling me the other day how he really regrets buying it and that, for a Japanese car, the build quality is poor. He also said the real world fuel consumption is rather worse than he was expecting. Low-30-odd mpg he was saying. He was saying he wished he'd gone for diesel Golf instead.

You need to do a lot more homework mate. I wasn't referring to what you hadn't put. A few things I noticed from what you did put: You won't be using a FCD with a stand-alone ECU like the AEM. And I don't know of any single turbo Supra that is using a restrictor ring. Do you need a new short block? If so, do you think £5-6k is good value? Also, as mentioned above, the T88 is a dinosaur. Much better turbos are available these days. Good luck with it though mate. If you're serious about doing it the right way you will get a lot of help from the guys on here - but for gawd's sake do your homework first.

I do watch PB but the last series was a bit dull. I'm all up to date with Lost apart from the episode that was shown last night in the States - and still loving it. I also like Heroes a lot. Just finished watching Season 2 today. Very good.

You've got something wrong there then mate. My 360's main use is as a media player; streaming files (.avi, .wmv, whatever) from my main PC over ethernet. Works perfectly every time. I don't need a BlueRay player, I'm never going to be buying BR discs - hell, I don't even own any retail DVDs. Who wants to watch a film more than once anyway? I just download it from the net to the PC, watch it on TV via the xbox, maybe burn a copy or two for mates, then delete it.
