Got mine done at Serck (I think they were/are called Serck Marston or somesuch). As SteveR said, it was under £100 and looks a very good job - good as new IMO. Search for Serck in your area, I think they have branches all over. Failing that, send it to me and I'll take it my local branch for you.

    Blackwidow Supra

    The tight angle?
  3. Interesting. Are RapidGB the guys that did yours? I know there's a been a few 'charged M3s and CSLs done now and that they have been very reliable from what I hear. Another good thing is that it's quite straightforward to put them back to stock come resale time, unlike a single turbo Supe. I need to somehow get a drive in a 'charged m3 to see whether I like it or not. The lack of power from the m3 is getting on my nerves now. I think you're right though; an m3 with 100-150 extra hp would be a real weapon. Whoops. Sorry for the hi-jack mate.
  4. Sounds good Jamie. What are the figures at the wheels? I'm seriously considering a supercharger for the M3. A few of the guys on MTorque have had them fitted and are getting close to 500bhp with just the basic 6psi charger. Not bad value for
  5. 1180hp? I thought Thor's Dynapack could only dyno 2wd cars up to 800fwhp, no? Or do they a new one?
  6. Yeah, good point. I wasn't talking about you in particular (actually I hadn't even seen your post when I posted) I still think fitting such a BMW associated part on a Toyota just looks tacky and wrong but I understand that you don't want to read negative comments.
  7. Limp Mode? Isn't that only on VVTi Supras? (due to the FBW)
  8. Blown off intercooler pipes, while quite common on Supras running above stock boost, do not cause the engine to not be able to rev above 2000rpm. I've blown IC hoses several times and managed to drive home on the motorway just fine. (Not a great idea though as the engine is ingesting unfiltered and unmetered air) Start by reading your error codes and report back. - - - - - Edit to add: shouldn't "error codes" hyperlink to the explanation? Or don't we do that anymore?
  9. IMHO, on anything apart from a Beemer they're just wrong - besides which they're a bit gay anyway. They do nothing, apart from the "LOOK AT MEEEE!" factor. Just fit some under-car neons and a loud dump valve if you're craving attention from the local schoolboys. Apart from my Supra I've got an M3 as my daily driver but I wouldn't dream of fitting AAs to either.
  10. Ah, I missed that point. My mistake. http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=149764
  11. 'cos that's how AC works best. AC also doesn't work anyway near properly if you don't have the windows closed.
  12. Depends partly on the wheel width. What width are your ones?
  13. The female one, of course!
  14. We have one of the spray type collars and they do work well as a training aid. They can be expensive on batteries though, so you wouldn't leave it turned on all the time - which means that often when you might want to use it it's no good because it's not turned on. As you know, I have two Beagles and they are quite vocal dogs. They do that annoying 'warning barking', it's not an aggressive thing. Mine always bark at strangers coming in the house and at people walking past the house, but apart from that they're not too bad now. (Although as I write this Harry keeps coming in and crying to me because there's a chicken carcase in the kitchen he thinks I should give him)

  16. "The stock one"? What stock one do you mean?
  17. Pre-73 IIRC. I'm sure a mint, stock, 6sp TT will be a valuable classic one day. The rest will fall by the wayside.

    fecking binmen!

Recycling of threads. The Greens will approve. If the poxy binmen go on strike round here I'll be dumping all my waste on the doorstep of the local KFC. I've had to deal with all the rubbish their fat fossil customers leave in my road for the last 10 years, so they can deal with mine for a while.

3.75 /24 formatted to [h]:mm works great. Thanks fellas

    Excel help

I think it's displaying it as "3.75 Days after Midnight 01-Jan-1900" Excel 2000 Nope. [h]:mm changes 3.75 in to 90:00 Odd innit?
  21. Jake

    Excel help

That doesn't do what I'm after though. Formatting the cell to HH:MM changes 3.75 into "03/01/1900 18:00:00"
