  1. Is this for one or a pair? I presumed it was for one but Matt's reply makes it sound like two.
  2. Thanks guys. Called them, they gave the number of a guy in my area, called him, said he doesn't do PDR! Not in my area Sounds promising. I couldn't let them into my work though as it's a secure area. Perhaps I could something out with leaving the car with them. Thanks for the tip.
  3. I've got a few "car park trolley" type dings in my black Supra that I'm pretty sure are the kind of thing that could be removed by a PDR guy - if only I could find one. I've phoned several seemingly likely candidates that I've found through Yell.com but none of them seem interested. They're all "Sorry we don't do that any more" or "We only deal with trade mate" or "too busy" or "I'll get him to call you back". There doesn't actually seem to be a PDR section on yell.com some I'm randomly calling "Paintwork" and "Bodyshop" places. There must be a better way of finding a dent technician that I just haven't thought of. Any ideas?
  4. You're chuffed that your Missus let you spend your own money?
  5. You're running with no anti-virus? You're brave! Did you try FireFox yet? Just as a test. If PayPal works OK through FireFox I would then try resetting everything in IE back to the defaults by running HiJackThis. Also, the problem could possibly be caused by your firewall (this is probably where you say you haven't got one ). Try disabling your firewall and see if PayPal works then.
  6. ORL? Let me guess; you have a black one, right?
  7. 1:1.7 maybe. It couldn't be 1:7 really.
  8. Check to see if the viscous coupling has seized. When the engine is turned off you should be able to rotate the fan fairly freely.
  9. UK specs ones. A J-spec TT6 was around £21k brand new in 2000
  10. Retards are people who can't find the shift key and can't spell the word "could".
  11. I think you've misunderstood the question.
  12. some awesome pics so far : http://images36.fotki.com/v1182/photos/5/573775/2920456/100_0072-vi.jpg
  13. Why don't your spats meet the rear bumper like they're supposed to? Looks a bit odd.
  14. Don't you have to be a qualified electrician to carry out this sort of work?
  15. Nice 330GT ! The Series 2 are much nicer than the slant eyed S1

  17. Not sure what you mean there. You can't really set the ratios differently (presuming you meant ratio rather than radio) on these gearboxes, or any other common production car gearbox that I'm aware of. Also don't know what you mean about setting ratios/radio/gears differently in engines to gain power.
  18. Dunno really. It was a bit of an impulse buy. I've always fancied a stock TT6, just to see what they are like. A bone stock black one is a future classic IMO, shame it's not a UK spec too, that would be perfect. Will do mate. Excellent! Yours look great. Tastefully done.
  19. They don't usually. Only if they're taken off incorrectly .
