You can't convert an NA to TT, well not without spending an unrealistic amount. Nobody on here has ever done it. You can convert an NA to single turbo but it's a bit half-arsed and I wouldn't seriously consider it. Best to sell the NA and buy a TT or, if you're really attached to your NA, convert it to TT by swapping the engine for a 2JZ-GTE like Trig is doing.

Have a look around the site mate. Use the search function. Think to yourself "is this a question lots of people will have asked before?" Lots of good info on here already if you look for it. Try using the Shift Key too. No such model as ZR by the way.

It's not that much of a bargain. My black 6speed manual with UK brakes has lower mileage.

At 3m33s it says the Supra is 360 PS so yeah it must be running higher than stock boost.
