Unless I missed something, as far as I can see MattH was banned because he dared to use the: smiley in a reply to Doug. Hardly insulting, was it. I know Doug has a way thicker skin than to be insulted by something like that. Some of the moderating in this thread has been remarkable though. ego trip much? I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if MattH never posted on here again.

Check you crank pulley. It's a common fault on Supras and can often make odd squealing noises, until it falls off and leaves you with no power steering mid-corner.

Pulling the TRAC fuse doesn't delimit a j-spec Supra.

The seller is correct; GTE ECUs only have "2JZ-GT" on them. Perfectly normal. By the way, Non turbo Supras are GE not GT

yeah that's right. ps In the past I've used an old spark plug to fill the 2nd decat's O2 sensor hole. I broke of the exterior ceramic part of the plug, so it didn't even look as bad a bodge as it really was.

I'm with you there Ric. Some tool at work was trying to tell me that PS3/XB360 have better gfx than any PC game. I can't play FPS or driving games on a console. The controls are all wrong.

Just a joke really mate. I use Unix (AIX and Slowaris mainly) for a living but IMHO you really can't beat Windows for simple useability at home. I know it's not perfect but compared to the alternatives it's just so much less hassle. (and the sheer volume of stealable software is fantastic for those of us with no morals)
