  1. I used to think Matt Hughes was unbeatable. I just couldn't imagine how anyone could be better. At the moment GSP looks awesome. Lesner though, we won't know how good he is until he's has a couple of proper wars. I agree that he looks impressive but does he have/can he get the skills? Does he have the heart to continue when getting a pasting? This isn't wrestling BS. The fighters I want to see most at the moment are GSP, Thiago Alves and Michael Bisping.
  2. Can you get a Boxster S for this kind of money nowadays? (10½k) Not that I'd buy one, cos they're all convertibles.
  3. Not through anything that was wrong with the car when I bought it though, twas just bad luck.
  4. I was going to bet on GSP because I couldn't see any way Fitch could beat him, and to be fair GSP dominated the fight, but it seemed everyone else thought the same because GSP was only 1.3 to win - which are pathetic odds in a two horse race. Mark, did you see Lesner against Frank Mir? He didn't look very impressive in that one. TBH, I don't think he's going to rule the heavyweight division.
  5. and it looks sh!t. (heat wrapping I mean)
  6. Glad you got it sorted, Ewen. Out of interest, did you try the ones we posted? the one I posted in Post #11 seems to work just fine as far as I can see. (Apart from you've moved the goalposts with the possibility of the salesperson's sales being less than zero ) Just for future reference, you can attach xls files. It might make it a bit clearer what you're trying to achieve. So you're doing some sort of course? What is it? Accountancy? IT?
  7. Doesn't seem cheap to me I bought a 34k mile Tip for £10k in 2004. It was advertised on here for months, initially at 14k with no takers. The price gradually dropped a little every few weeks, with lots of folks saying "OMG, too cheap!" and "I can't believe this hasn't been snapped up" etc etc - but nobody actually bought it. When it got to 10k I bought it because it truely was undervalued at that price - but that was 3½ years ago. To be fair, mine was that unpopular white colour and rnewton's is a really good colour, but still ...
  8. =if(a1=40000,((a1-40000)*0.04)+700,((a1-20000)*0.03)+400))

    XS Power Supra

Because it might tend to tarnish XS Power's glowing reputation for top notch products and world class customer service?

    Cheap 4x4?

LPG Merc ML320 high miles but that shouldn't be a problem. 55,000 miles LPG powered Jeep for 3k - if you don't mind green.
  11. Is yours a 6 speed then?
  12. It might imply it but it couldn't infer anything. No special tools needed. I believe it's good form to mark the rotational position of the rear coupling so you put it back together in the same position - I can't see making any odds really but it's easy enough to do so you might as wel. Not sure what you mean there Dave. What "unit" are you talking about?
  13. Why? I don't think powered ones need much to get airbourne, apparently just a running start on the flat is enough to get you off the ground.
  14. Powered hang gliding looks fun. Anyone done it? I'd like to get into it but don't know where to start. I wonder if you have to be a competent regular hang glider first.
  15. It's 'Palladio Allegretto' by Karl Jenkins
  16. UK spec brakes too.

    Need part badly!!!

Try posting in the right section.
  18. You called? ETA Obviously it wasn't me that told the old fella NA>>->TT was silly. It was surely a bitter NA owner who can't afford a real Supra.
  19. I think you misunderstood what Gaz meant. He was effectively saying "Mods, get ready to give me an infraction because I'm about to swear in my next sentence"
  20. I prefer a nice kosha rice pudding, sans prepuce.
  21. You may have a point. Rob does drive a NA.
  22. Seems like a really old fashioned name to me. What are your other two called?
  23. Presumably so it matches the tattoos he (she?) has had done for Gladys and Muriel.
