Stood engine, low compression 4 cyclinders....valves or head gasket?

I cant see why a head gasket would fail just because the engine hadnt been used for ages. I can imagine valves sticking though. -
Huh? It's higher than it gets. The stock injectors are not mathematically capable of flowing enough fuel to make more than 410bhp. (Unless you're running a higher than stock fuel pressure which effectively make than larger than 440cc)

My friend's neighbour won £10m on the lottery. She gave her two fuckwit sons a million quid each. One of them, who wasn't previously very successful with the ladies, had a ferrari and a model WAG type girlfriend in no time. e46 M3. They're great cars but the low torque, hih revving NA motor isn't my cup of tea compared to a single turbo Supra. With a 2JZ it would be an awesome car. You could probably keep the stock m3 6sp Getrag gearbox too. ... and 350Zs aren't?

There's a lot of chavvy 996 NAs about. But in answer to Mig's question: I wouldn't have a moment's doubt, 997TT all the way. I don't like r35s at all. The 997tt is in a different league.
