  1. This is definitely a UK spec Supra we're talking about, right?
  2. 225/50/16 - front and rear. A few had 245/45/16 on the rear instead.
  3. I've just had a look on BB. They don't half get some right spanners posting on there to defend their cars, besides MattH I mean. Some penis on there reckons his 1.8 Skoda VRS will "see off an M3" and apparently even his m3 owning mate admits the VRS "has more mid range torque" I see in the same thread our friend Samuth getting a bit nervous at the reference to the 318 he rolled too. Don't worry mate, we've all done it at some point.
  4. Beats me. I don't think he's ever mentioned it. Much.
  5. Well, the Ref obviously thought so, when he sent him off.
  6. "I'm not a pinata" ! Very good.
  7. You sure this is the right thread? This one is about canvassers not scammers. Wouldn't matter if you did, nobody is going to turn up anywhere, that's not how the scam works.
  8. :: A thread about Big Bristols and Edd hasn't posted yet?
  9. Jamie's 548hp is estimated flywheel HP but you can't really compare the HP cars in the US make with our figures. No cars over here make anywhere near the numbers the same setups supposedly make in the US. Take for example the 520 RWHP at 18 psi the PHR1 kit is allegedly capable of with the stock 550cc injectors and std ECU. Nobody in the UK gets anywhere close to that.
  10. It's an RZ. It doesn't have Cruise Control. (or leather rear seats)
  11. Amazing that all these guys in Hong Hong, China etc can still find genuine TRD speedos and rev counters to supply us with, considering they were discontinued like 3+ years ago.
  12. I love Strachan. Such a shame he never got to manage one of the big clubs.
  13. Blimey. That's gotta take some balls to do that! LOL when they overtook that car.
  14. £15k? You should have ripped his hand off. You can get a decent-ish e46 M3 for 15k these days. What one is that? Is it a TT6 ?
  15. They still are, AFAIK. All the ones I've owned over the years (four of them) were illegal for road use.
  16. I love mine too but TBH they aren't very good bike lids. The wind noise is terrible compared to most proper bike helmets. I've had Simpson lids since the 1980s (that's before The Stig was invented) and although I love the styling they're really designed for car racing.
  17. http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/574384.htm £9500
  18. Well that's made your poll meaningless then, seeing as a lot of the people that have voted "Facelift" don't have a VVTi.

    vinyl wrapping

This is not a new thing. My mate on the IoW has been doing vinyl wraps for 10+ years. Also, (but I can't be arsed to search for it ATM) another guy on mtorque.co.uk had his M3 wrapped very smartly in touring car style GFX for, IIRC, £700 earlier this year. One thing to consider though, I don't think you'd be be able the get a scratch or stonechip polished out or touched up like you can with paint. If it gets damaged at all I should think the whole panel would need redoing.

    Some help needed...

Isn't "1000th of a micron" 1/1,000,000 of 1mm then? Neither, if it's got an alloy block.
