  1. Is that the same one you advertised but then stopped replying to your For Sale thread?

    Na-t power

FWHP is bullshit anyway unless you take the engine out and measure it properly. RWHP is all that matters. What does he reckon his rwhp will be? I'd imagine 400rwhp would be quite achievable with the right setup.
  3. No idea about the brakes but the link in your sig to your garage doesn't work, it just goes to the Garage Home and how come you have three garages? I presume you don't have three 1993 6sp Supras, right? http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/vbpicgallery.php?do=hall&u=4443
  4. Hi Si Do you mean the stock water temp gauge was higher than normal? That's unusual, mine never goes above normal unless the rad is about to boil over. I have an oil temp gauge with the sender in the sump, and I've noticed it getting a little hotter than usual during the recent heatwave but nothing to be concerned about. I do have an external oil cooler though.
  5. Custom colours are a pain in the arse when it comes to stonechip time. Wish I'd never done it. I'd go for stock Gunmetal or RSP. They look as good as any other colour, IMO.
  6. Blimey, Lee and Herring. That's a blast from the past. No, not ahhhh!

    Ceptic ....

Sold his Supra, membership now expired.
  8. 11 in a manual is very impressive!
  9. But note that both cars are autos running a hi-stall TC. That's what makes the biggest difference to drag times.
  10. With 2 mins of extra time to go, a guy on Betfair took a four quid bet at 510/1 that Italy wouldn't win two-nil! I bet he's more gutted than the Jerries!
  11. To turn off StickyKeys, press the Shift-key five times. (I don't think that is the problem anyway)
  12. What was their 60 foot time like?
  13. NOOOOOOOOO!!!!! It's shite! Causes more problems than it solves
  14. Yeah but there's not much pub bragging rights in having "stage one" is there? Have you ever seen anyone with stage one hybrids?
  15. Depends where the EGT probe is located
  16. They'll be "stage three" - they all are!
  17. I think it's a HKS cam. According to the advert when I bought it: "HKS cams and pulley" but it can't have a non-stock intake cam, can it? Whether it's got a 256/264/whatever exhaust cam I don't know. I've looked through all the receipts and can't find one for cams.
  18. Thinking about it, does it really matter what the fuel pressure is set to (within reason)? I mean, as long as it's mapped properly at that pressure, and the fuel pressure doesn't change, it'll be right - won't it?
  19. (6sp VVTi) I'm checking my car over before it goes for mapping tomorrow. The exhaust cam has got one of those HKS adjustable cam gears (on the exhaust side only due to VVTi inlet cam) It should be in the stock postion, right? Only mine is set to 4 degrees advance. Should I put it back to 0 degrees before having it mapped? Thanks

    BPU help

They aren't UK ones (thank God) because the j-spec decat pipe fitted OK. They could be hyridized j-specs but I don't think so, because it's not that laggy.

    BPU help

The restrictor should stop the boost going over 1.1 bar (or so) but the boost isn't getting anywhere near that anyway, even with the restrictor removed. If everything else is ok, a boost controller can raise the boost from stock up to practically whatever boost you like, regardless of whether a restrictor is fitted. No, but he shouldn't need one. The car should be overboosting already seeing as it's got a full decat and (now) no restrictor ring.
  22. OK. So should I be concerned that mine is running 50psi at idle? How can I check the static fuel pressure? I'm sure I'm not the only VVTi running an aftermarket FPR.
  23. I don't understand, why would bigger injectors need more than stock pressure?
