The 86 year old geezer who lives across the road from mum was reversing his car off his driveway but then continued straight across the road, up the pavement, knocked her garden wall down, continued up the driveway, scraped along the side of her car and smashed the car into the bedroom of her bungalow! I was driving my Aunt's car with her as passenger. There was a WPC stood by the side of the road in a 30mph limit. Due to the slow moving traffic we were doing like 10mph. As I got towards the copper she started shouting and gesticulating for me to pull over. I pulled up next to her and through the open passenger side window she started shouting "PUT THE PHONE DOWN - NOW" at me. I laughed and said "You what?" "PUT IT DOWN - RIGHT NOW!" I laughed again, showed her my empty hand and said "I was scratching my ear love" "Yeah well, it looked like you were on the phone" she mumbled and blushed like a beetroot. We were still pissing ourselves laughing as we drove away. The copper looking really embarrassed

(Low oil pressure warning light and knocking bottom end at tickover) How did you get on with yours? Did just a new pump do the trick or did you need to replace lots of bearings and stuff? I didn't get to speak to Jae as he's never available, I did ask for him though. The guy I spoke to (01-Jun-06) told me right from the start that they DO NOT insure Supras for over 15k. I said that other folks (eg Ashley Wills) have said they have got agreed valuations for more than 15k but he said that maybe they did in the past but Sky don't do that anymore. Seems to me that some folks are getting their cars insured for more than they're really worth whilst my y2k VVTi with top spec parts (PHR single, Motec, etc), all professionally installed, is being under-valued. I would appreciate the definitive answer from Sky Insurance who I believe are members of this forum.

My car's had a few quid spent on it too but Sky told me they don't do agreed valuations over 15k anymore. Just because somebody spent 27k modding a car doesn't necessarily make it work much more. Mods often don't add value.
