I wonder how that works when it's the other guy's fault. I mean, it's not your insurance company that is paying out, it's the other guy's Ins Co, right? Or do your Ins Co pay you out then claim the money back from them? That's your right though, isn't it? I think you can insist on that whatever company you are with and regardless of whether you're claiming on your own insurance or the other person's. Again I think you're entitled to a courtesy car. I hope they'd be as helpful if you were claiming off your own insurance, but I don't know.

Sounds like your FCD is borked. Boost cut occurs at 1.0 bar on the stock car without a FCD.

18 stone! Blimey. When I was diagnosed with high cholesterol the Doc told me I really needed to lose weight. I was 15½ stone at the time (Same as you I'm about 6'1'') I was like "yeah I could maybe lose a few pounds but it's not like I'm obese" and he said "Well yeah, you are actually" So I went on a diet and got down to 13 stone, and my cholesterol level fell nicely. I've put it all back on now though

3 cookies on each side of the scale. If one side is heavier the ring is in those three, if theyre the same then the ring is in the 3 you didnt put on the scale. Weigh 2 of the remaining 3 cookies and pick the heaviest. if they're the same it's the other one. so twice
