  1. If only you had said that in the first place. This is why the whole 'offers' thing is such a waste of time.
  2. Not my cup of tea but I bet it sounds nice. Are they plastic or fibreglass bodied? Or am I thinking of something else?

    Jackass 2

You're immature. I've got it here but haven't watched it yet. My 16y/o kid watched it the other day and was laughing so much I thought he was gonna have a embolism or something.

    Car jump madness

Yeah the one where the guy died was The Late, Late Breakfast Show which also where this car jump clip came from. According to wiki "stunt driver Richard Smith fractured his pelvis and injured his head, neck and back after crashing at 140mph" and

Wasn't that the late John Peel doing the commentary?

  10. For comparison, can we see the original picture as well?
  11. No they're not all that big compared to aftermarket brakes (KAD, Endless, Brembo, GReddy, etc). It's just that that most j-spec Supras come with the smaller brakes (2 pot front, 1 pot rear). The upgrade from j-spec brakes to UK spec ones is a popular upgrade as the UK spec brakes are remarkably good, better than almost any other car has as stock. This is the reason why you will notice so many posts asking whether this or that wheel will fit over UK spec brakes - because the owner wants to upgrade to UK spec brakes after he already has the wheels he likes. Also, upgrading to UK spec brakes is not usually classed as a modification by insurance companies, seeing as the larger spec brakes could have been fitted as (maybe as an optional extra) from new.

  18. He can't. He's just willing to give us closer to Trade Discount than most Toyota dealers' parts depts will. That's a nice thing to say about the guy that's done so many of us great deals.
  19. We have done, many times. I don't think the ASA covers eBay listings, do they? Thanks for the advice on how to spend my time. Why did you buy this FSE? And why did you decide against fitting it? Would it be because you're now aware how bad these FSE things are and that is why you are now selling it on? Are you aware that your eBay listing contains a lot of incorrect info? 1.7 times? Isn't it a lot less than that? Did you copy that from somewhere else or write it yourself? It's not exactly accurate, is it? Like Alex said; good luck selling it on eBay but please don't palm it off onto another unsuspecting member of mkivsupra.net
  20. Pfft. I tried several times to buy some items from him on that email address and never got a single reply. Mind you that was shortly after he refused to renew his membership and flounced off into the sunset.
