Get it sorted sooner rather than later mate. If the bearing breaks up the PAS fluid circulation can distribute the metal bits around the power steering system. You really don't want to be needing a new rack at £600 a pop.

Unlucky mate. Still, shit happens - could've been worse. I once had to drive a car from Oxford to Portsmouth with no clutch pedal. It's not too bad once you're moving but you'll do almost anything to avoid coming to a stop! Getting going again is less than graceful Yeah, that's a problem for a lot of Supes with non-standard bumpers. I would have thought the front engine hook might have been a better choice though.

It's the seller's responsibility to get it to you in good condition. He's legally obliged to refund or replace. I'm sure Jez will sort you out OK

Spammers have been doing that for years. I bet it's only ever spam emails you get like that, not misdirected personal ones. Your real email address is effectively in the BCC list but a similar address to yours is in the shown recipients to trick you into opening it.

So it's a way of making (say) a 4000 high stall launch at (say) 3800? Weird. Is it just a way of compensating for a too-high High Stall TC or is there a good reason for it? I bet Dude was the only auto Supra in country that had it.

I still don't get it. With power braking the TC limits the revs anyway, even at full throttle. If this is what happens with Launch Control: You're on the start line, the gearbox is in Drive, you press the brake hard and when the time to launch comes you floor the throttle. When the revs reach the maximum the TC will allow you release the brake and the car starts moving forwards, rapidly. How would LC improve on that? How are two stage rev limiters related to RLTC Launch Control? Totally different thing isn't it? I thought 2 stage limiters for primarily for manual transmissions too.
