I'm not trying to use the phone for the PC's internet connection. I'm just using some motorola software to communicate with the phone via USB. I want the GPRS working on the phone so I can use TomTom Traffic Updates. I went to the Orange site as Wipeout suggested and they sent me a txt message which I opened an followed the instructions to setup the GPRS - but it still doesn't work. Now it says wap.orange.co.uk Connection unsuccessful, try again later Grrrrr!

I got a Motorola Razr V3 from JamieP which was previously on VodaPhone. Luckily for me the phone was already unlocked and worked straight away with my Orange PAYG sim card - but I can't get the GPRS or WEP working When I try to access the net on the phone it says : live.vodaphone.com Connection unsuccessful, try again later but I can't see anywhere on the phone to change it to Orange. I tried using a software package called Motorola Mobile Phone Tools and in there I setup a new connection for Orange but it still doesn't work. When I try to connect through the software it says: http://img408.imageshack.us/img408/84/0by4.jpg but I don't know what or where to "subscribe to the GPRS option" Any ideas?

Yeah you can get pretty much anything. Have a look on http://www.newzbin.com to get an idea what is available. (If you set the search to go back say 60days there's a lot of stuff) The usenet servers (GigaNews, EasyNews, UsenetServer, etc) aren't breaking the law because they aren't responsible for what people have uploaded to Usenet (not sure why they aren't) however you would still be breaking the law by downloading copyrighted material. As far as I'm aware nobody has ever been nicked for it though (unlike p2p)

I've had a Walbro pump in 3 different j-spec Supras and I've never heard the fuel pump when the engine is running.

Geo What's the retention like on usenetserver? It's pretty pooh on EasyNews - less than two weeks. GigaNews' retention is much much better but they don't roll-over unused credit. If UsenetServer is unlimited and has decent retention I might defect to them.

The one I use (EasyNews) costs $9.98 for 20 Gigabytes or 30 days, which ever comes first. The speed is flat out, whatever your broadband is capable of it will max it out. It's brill. BTW, If you don't use the whole 20gig in a month they roll the remainder over. I've got 61Gig credit in my account at the mo.
