  1. At least the little fellah won't suffer now. I know how difficult it is to have your dog put down. I was with our Mac when he was put to sleep and I cried like a baby.
  2. They're good pics for camera phone! That red Supe is EarthRokka's old one.
  3. Some pics of it here : http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=95176
  4. I think the car was alright but the owner was a total prick. Is the car damaged? Or are you taking apart a good car?
  5. Yeah, that was flat4_ire's car. Has it been damaged then?
  6. Nearly four years in a Supra without an accident so far.
  7. Call his bluff then, insist on going through insurance. So? But that doesn't mean your GF can crash into it with impunity, does it? I understand that you want to help your GF but surely it's not right that she can get away with damaging someone's car just because it wasn't taxed at the time.
  8. Oh I see. Yeah that's what I do on my road bike too, when accelerating flat out. Never occurred to me to do it on an auto Supra
  9. I thought it was a parked car, doesn't that imply that nobody was using it when your GF hit it? Was it legally parked? Are you saying one has to deal with the person who last drove it?
  10. You have auto race bikes?
  11. Does the owner live in the house opposite? Is the owner the girl your GF knows? Deal with the car's owner not her BF. Makes no odds whether the car is taxed, does it? Unless you're trying to get away with you GF's bad driving on a technicality Get your GF some driving lessons!
  12. I never thought of dippng the throttle. It just never occurred to me
  13. It's a no-brainer. I would much rather pop round next door and collect a parcel than have to go out again and schlep down to the Post Office. But I get on with my neighbours
  14. Do you guys not find the Tip gear changes a bit slow? Mine was a little disappointing in that respect. Also the Tip isn't great for down-changes, always seemed rather harsh - a bit like down-changing in a manual but feeding the clutch in too fast.
  15. I always use cellulose thinner to wipe down the surface before painting. Seems to work fine. Anyone see a problem with that?

Yeah, there's loads more Tips than manuals. At least two to one I'd say. Why do you ask?
  17. I've been using o07 for the last few weeks but I'm seriously thinking of upgrading back to o03. I don't like 07 much at all.
  18. Sorry to hi-jack but can I ask who did the seat re-trim? Thanks
