  1. I guess bullying is OK as long as the victim isn't Asain
  2. Is that under-drive pulley anyway? I can't see where it says that in the eBay listing.
  3. I've got one. Do you need the air bag as well?
  4. They're only £5 more direct from the supplier though.
  5. A GTO TT came into the garage while I was having my car mapped on Weds. The guy wasn't very happy looking. For 10 points: Anyone want to take a wild guess what was wrong with it?

    19" wheels

My blue Supe had good quality 19" wheels and tyres when I got it. The handling was ok for normal road use although it tram-lined badly and the ride was harsh. I've now put the 18" Lexus rims from my other Supra onto the blue car and it's a lot nicer to drive. OK they don't look as flash but I can live with that.

Some black people call each other n*gger. And that's OK apparently but if I did it it wouldn't be OK. So Jermaine Jackson is allowed use a racial epithet about someone of another race but I'm not? Isn't that racialism against me? Ah, but it has also been stated that if you feel something is racist then it is. And I do, so it is. You know wikipedia is user maintained right? You or me could edit that description if felt like it. Wikipedia isn't the gospel. In fact it's often wrong. I edited the mkiv Supra wiki page because it said the TT had one big and one small turbo. That's crazy. Of course it's to do with skin colour. What does the word white represent then, if not skin colour? Yeah he did - he was just a bit sly about it by saying "some people would call her white trash". The sub-text "and they'd be right" was pretty obvious. And as for those folks in india (or wherever Shilpa is from) on the news jumping up and down and burning effigies of the Channel 4! How very civilised and forward thinking they look too. Some people might say 'The whole BB racism thing is a complete farce and all the usual people are over-joyed to have the chance to be offended again.' Obviously that not something I would ever say though.
  8. Dunno. It seemed to be getting worse the nearer I got to home. I tried to look when I got some fuel but the ground was wet so I didn't want to soak myself and then drive another 100miles. It appears to be coming from the middle, as far as I can tell
  9. 521.9 bhp 670 Nm (494 ft-lb) @ 4835rpm
  10. Just got back from Dan's place with my car. I'm going to have to learn how to drive it again. It doesn't feel like the same car. The exhaust is blowing like the ace of spades and it was raining in patches here and there so I didn't get a decent high speed run in it tonight. Its got some real torque now though! Massive improvement over the previous mapping. It still runs out of steam a little at high revs but then it's only a small single and it's been mapped for UK road fuel. I'm sure with US spec gas it could produce a bit more power. Dan's only mapped it up to 1.4 bar because we had reached the budget I told him I wanted to spend at the moment. He said it would be ok at 1.5bar but he hasn't spent any time fine tuning it at that boost level. To be honest I don't think I'll bother raising the boost any higher for quite a while. Now the boost and torque are coming on earlier and with the new really strong mid range grunt it's great fun to drive. I don't want to be thrashing the arse off it anyway. He also cured the long running problem I've had with throttle response when you just give it a little throttle after being on the over-run. Before it used to lurch forward but now it's silky smooth. Unfortunately the AC has stopped working again (light comes on but it doesn't chill the air). It's my own fault for forgetting to tell Dan that on my car the Motec was running the AC even though I still have original ECU in the car. All the previous settings for the Motec were wiped, so he wouldn't realised. Kicking myself about that. Over all - very happy I'll try to post the dyno sheet tomorrow. It will be interesting to compare against Gamer's sheet as it was mapped and dynoed at the same place. Small single (GT60) vs Mid size Single (BL67) VVTi Manual vs non-VVTi manual
  11. Mother Hubbard! Paid £10 for a taxi to the train station. Get in to the ticket office. "Single to Northampton please" "HAHAHAHAHA" "Pardon" "You're joking aintcha mate?" "errrr, what?" "It's gonna take you 7 to 8 hours to get there from here Pal" So I rang Dan and cancelled for today. Rang my Mrs to come get me and she said she'd drive me up there. So I rang Dan again - no reply! Not my day, is it?

  13. I need to get a train to northampton to pick my car up. But bastard http://www.nationalrail.co.uk web site doesn't work. I need to see whether I'm better going from Cosham (via Southampton) or Havant (via London)

I've had the BBC News channel on here all day and I think I've seen all the supposed racist comments. What am I missing? None of it seems racist. Unless I've missed it What is she supposed to have said that was racist? All this fuss over nothing. Seems people are looking for something get upset about.
  16. It just says Blue as well but there's two very different blues. One is really nice and the other is Storm Blue.
  17. It's definitely Silver. Some of the guys on here used to call it Clitoris Silver because every c*nts got one.
  18. I dunno what the flashpoint of engine oil is but I'm not surprised it ignited on the orange hot tubular manifold. I had no idea they got that hot.
  19. I think everyone gets it mate, I just tell the world about it
  20. Pffft. Everything makes you die nowdays
