I'm sure it's paradise on earth. I suppose they all more over to here for the fantastic climate and charming locals.
  5. I was about to post much the same thing.
  6. Yeah right. They're not OE. Jon's made them up with facelift inners and UK lenses. They're clearly not facelift because they have the beam deflector pattern in the glass in front of the highbeam.
  7. Here's my entry: http://img155.imageshack.us/img155/109/image001382tm.jpg http://img138.imageshack.us/img138/455/image001397jx.jpg
  8. Yeah mine is mapped for 0.8 bar, 1.0 bar, 1.25 (or was it 1.3? I forget) and 1.4 bar. I intend to just leave it at 1.4 though. It's easy to drive now apart from the clutch is a little grabby. I don't know about the fuel consumption yet but I'm expecting it to have improved quite a lot because it's not running overly rich like it was before.
  9. It does feel so much better than before Dan mapped it. TBH I think the small single is better for me 'cos it's more suited to the way I drive. The extra torque makes it great fun on the road but for a flat out motorway thrash yours would obviously be better.
  10. The power at the engine is higher than the power at the wheels because some power is lost in the drivetrain. (gearbox, diff, wheels, etc). The rolling road can only measure the power (well the torque really) at the wheels. So the flywheel power is pretty much guessed at by allowing a certain percentage loss. Usually folks allow 15-18% for manuals and 20-22% for autos.
  11. 285rwhp = 421.5 flywheel ? That's 32% drivetrain losses!
  12. Sorry I needed to get my scanner connected up. Here's the full dyno sheet: http://img183.imageshack.us/img183/4014/w848xgpdyno8tu.th.jpg I overlaid Gamer's dyno sheet over mine. I think it shows well the difference between a small and a big single. If I'm looking at it right it seems like the baby turbo is making more torque and bhp up until about 6000rpm, but after 6k the big single stomps all over it. (Gamer's are the flashing lines) http://img183.imageshack.us/img183/6326/overlaid3ia.gif Any thoughts?
  13. Would it work? No, not in the long run. I saw a guy lose thousands doing that in a casino. What are you gonna do after black has come in six days running? Bet £640 just to try to break even?
  14. What's up with the impossible torque curve on that dyno sheet? 400 Ft-lbs at 2000rpm
  15. Which part of Manchester are you from? Do you get to many games?
  16. (I'm guessing we're talking pre-VVTi, right?) No. You need the black and yellow wire.
  17. He got them second-hand from a guy on SupraForums.com
  18. Real facelift lights wouldn't have those lines on the inside on the lens though.
  19. You can't. However, you can graft some uk spec glass lenses onto facelift headlights - which I guess is what you've done here, is it? Facelift headlights have that nice smooth lens, without all the lines. You lose that if you fit the uk spec lenses.
  20. I guess you mean as a track car only? Is he trailering it to the ring then?
  21. Even if those test results were genuine they're like 18 months old - so worthless now.

Are there any sites where you can have private games for play money? We could have a mkivsupra.net member's game.
  23. Yes they are. Oh I forgot the three pound odd for P&P
