  1. A cat back exhaust from a VVTi is no different to a regular TT exhaust. I've just swapped the exhaust from my 93 RZ onto my '00 VVTi - it was a straight swap.
  2. He should just say he was familiarizing himself with the vehicle.

    Yo Yo Yo

It's a little known brand called Veilside. I predict it will be the next big thing in Supra fashion. You heard it here first.
  5. Great find! Brilliant to see the 1600cc crossflow staying right up there with the mighty Chevy V8! What are they, 5.4Ltr? Something like that. I didn't even know there used to be a Crystal Palace race circuit. It's probably a housing estate now Definitely Murray Walker commentating BTW. I used to have a RS1800 MkI Escort much like the rs1600 in that video. It was a great fun car but very low geared and noisy as hell inside. I had a Viva race car for a while too (Grasstrack) but I never liked it much.

    Auto vs manual

I dream of getting 270miles per tank! This small single business isn't great for fuel consumpion, you're on-boost nearly all the time.

    Auto vs manual

Yeah, all the time. I quite often cruise along at 1500rpm - 2000rpm in 6th.

    Auto vs manual

I guess because they have more gears, therefore the gears are closer ratios and the car can spend more time in 'the right' gear
  9. 5½k should get you a TT Auto. Not a mint one but for that kind of money you can't be too fussy. I wouldn't go for a UK spec personally but I prefer fast over luxobarge toys. No chance!

  11. No, they don't need a signature. I got stung in a similar way by Egg. Wankers

    speedo

by turning the dial inside the Thor DSC until the speedo reads the same speed as the GPS

    speedo

You can do it yourself with a GPS and Thor DSC
  14. I would recommend Lansoprazol over Omeprazole. The locals are much friendlier and the taverna's happy hour goes on til midnight.
  15. Yep. I use Avast Home and always install it on friend's and family's PCs when I fix them. I used to use 'AVG Free' but it let me down badly once.
  16. Yeah it'll fit OK. Not sure what you mean about the steering wheel.
  17. I notice people referring to 'anti surge housings' like they're a good thing. This is different to my understanding. I was under the impression that anti surge was redundant technology and is just marketing hype nowadays, no?
  18. I wouldn't buy another Super Dragger. I've had two of the damn things rust to pieces. Go for a decent stainless or Ti system
  19. Very nice! My mate had an R1 for his first bike and he's still alive. Mind you, the guy he sold it too let his mate have a go on it and he killed himself within 10mins.

    wheel damage??

    How do you know that?
  21. Jake

    wheel damage??

The very outer edge of the rim, the part furthest from the centre is not designed to be load bearing and it's not the part that presses against a normally inflated tyre. It'll probably be alright but I wouldn't risk it myself.

    go shilpa go!

Your definition of the word fact seems to differ from my own understanding of the the word. I blame myself. I should know better than to argue with a BB viewer.
