  1. Woman PM? I don't think we're likely to make that mistake again.

You mean it's turning over not ticking over, right? How do you know fuel is getting through? Are the plugs sparking? error codes

    uk or jap

See the two posts directly before yours. Both those guys have manual UKs according to their Sigs
  4. Is the UK ready for an Asian Prime Minister?
  5. Yes. Auto NAs are the least valuable Supras.
  6. So what was the problem is the end then Sean?

    ECU Reset

Is it sparking? Is fuel getting through? Is the alarm/immobiliser turned off? Any stored error codes?

    number plate

See my garage (here) for a Veilside front with number plate. BTW, I think your Shift Key has packed up.
  9. Too cheap. Be careful it's not a scam

No NAs I'm afraid. Only proper Supras allowed - sorry. LOL Don't be daft mate. Just go along. Nobody cares if you're a turbo or two short of a sports car Have fun!

Jap This is going to be one of those threads
  12. Stock fuel pressure should be fine. What's AFPR mean? What are you using to trim the injectors? Edit, Nevermind, I searched the thread
  13. the "Break Through Cancer" charity? I've never heard of it. Do they have a web site or anything?
  14. Actually you can if you do it before anyone replies
  15. Only all the time. Have you see Fight Club? :
  16. I'm trying to do my fantasy footy team for tomorrow but I seem to have accidentally got too pissed to do it. I also get insomnia really badly. I suffer from it because I have tinnitus after an accident with a tractor tyre 20+ years ago. I've learnt to not go to bed unless knackered or pissed - it's not a problem then. There's nothing worse than laying in bed for hours on end trying to get to sleep. Usually getting out of bed and reading some of Green Peace's posts on here does the trick though.

I dunno why they don't abandon chain and sprocket drive on bikes. It's such a PITA. OK so you lose like 3% power... who cares? I'd love a R1 with shaft drive. There's way too much BS fashion bike design.

You're only human I've got a real yearning for the old school Kawasaki 1000cc air cooled four with the square slab tank. Was it the Z1R? Or Z1000R? Something like that. They probably aren't that great by modern standards but damn they look so hard. I wouldn't even have to ride it, just to own one would be enough. (Does jism damage paintwork?)
  19. But I dunno what Aristos go for. Are we talking less than a TT6 Supe of the same year or more? If it's more I don't think I'd be tempted.

Yeah, I see your point. It's not what bikes are for, to me anyway. Each to their own I suppose.

NOW WE'RE TALKING! I'd give my right bollock for a Jota. I've ridden my uncle's Le Mans (He has a nice collection; Guzzi Le Mans 850, VFR1000R, Z1000R Bimota, etc) but was disappointed TBH. It had character for sure but was cumbersome in the twisties and slow on the straights. Awesome brakes though, for such a heavy machine. OTOH I could forgive a Jota anything, even the terrible electrical reliability and non existent headlights. I hear the brakes ain't up to much either.

No. I was careful to word my post in a way that you couldn't be offended by it. Seems I failed. I didn't realise you were so sensitive. I don't see how that makes their product a great bike. Nevermind. I'm not looking for a fight, I was just interested in why you thought they are 'a great bike'
  23. Think of the answers to "What does the red button do?" on mkivsupra.net
  24. I wasn't criticising you. Although IMO it's amusing that somebody on the net is complaining about net culture. Thing is, a lot of the guys that read /. are IT Pros and are sat in front of a computer all day, and often all evening too. They're bound to know more net culture than the average casual internet user. It's a bit like calling Chris Wilson a Spanner Geek.
