  1. I don't know what it's called. Real Ti is more goldy than that though. Does anyone else get the urge to post a parcel when they see those subaru bonnets?
  2. I like this colour. Would look better on a nice Supra rather than a poxy Subaru though: Loads more of the ugly things here : http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1187878

No, I had a look but couldn't find it to download on my usual sources.
  4. Compare the pic here : http://www.jm-imports.co.uk/car%20pics/rs10.jpg with the same one on here : http://www.jm-imports.co.uk/cars_forsale_greysilvias14.htm When it resizes it to 350 x 262 it looks much worse than it does at the real res of 600 x 450

Dunno mate, I've never had one
  6. Nice car. What's up with Jurgen's website that it makes the pics look like arse when it resizes them?
  7. No they're quite hard to find, hence the high prices people are asking for them. Now folks are getting into Auto>Manual conversions the demand has risen.
  8. Yeah, V160 in the original MkIVs and v161 in the later ones. I've never seen one go for more than £600 though. Still, apparently it's a sellers market. TBH I thought £600 for a secondhand box was a lot but hey

As you say, there's probably a reason it wouldn't work but I don't know either.

I suppose you could run a 0.01 bar WG spring

One other thing to bear in mind is that the PHR1 in some ways is almost too good a small single because it's on-boost nearly all the time. Many times I've wished the boost came in a bit further up the rev range so I could cruise off-boost more easily (and cheaply)

The advantage is that you can raise the fuel cut point rather than just removing it. Setup is as easy as the ace of spades. In fact they come pre-set to suit the Supra

No. I dunno what he's on about.
  14. I presume buying it from you would be a bit cheaper than buying it from a retailer? I've never bought one as mine was on the car when I got it. I did look into getting one of these kits from (the now defunct) MkIVStore but I forget how much they were.

No idea. I don't even know where Gwent is. OK Wales, but I dunno if it's north or south So Cardiff or Liverpool maybe? ISTR quite a lot of Tafs support Liverpool don't they? Yeah I suppose so. Portsmouth. The only Premier League team from Hampshire
  16. Same kit I have on my VVTi. Seems like a great small single package. How much of a saving is that? Is the guarantee transferrable? (if they have one?)
  17. That's very kind of you Joe. I'll see if Dan knows whether my Motec's logging is enabled (I suspect not) or how much to turn it on. Thanks I've just ordered a kit
  18. I wouldn't bother driving all that way just for a power run. If the car is running nicely then that's all that matters. All this BHP figure chasing is pointless really.
  19. hehe. Isn't it the terminal speed that is supposed to be the best indicator of power though?
  20. Only if the rail pressure was increased (not a good idea) Looks like your fuel pressure hasn't been increased though as the pic shows a stock FPR.
  21. Actually that was my plan until Jarrett said it's almost certainly not a turbo problem. I've been waiting 8 days for a tech person from Turbo Dynamics to ring me back. Their girl who answers the phone doesn't seem able to give me any info and always promises somebody will call me, but they don't. Depends what you call un-mapped. It was already mapped before the rebuild and again afterwards. Sadly I don't have much info or details about what happened with the rebuild. Well the AFRs seem good now. I'm no expert but I think it's mapped fine Thanks. I'll see if I can borrow a CAN cable from someone.
