Anyone seen it? I only got round to seeing this today. Great movie, really enjoyed it. Christian Bale is excellent and Scarlett Johansson is quite easy on the eye too. I don't usually like Michael Caine but he was good in this. The plot is brilliant, I thought. (Please don't mention anything that would spoil it for folks that haven't seen The Prestige yet)

Sorry I'm totally ignorant about these things. Do they have a hard disk? Do you connect to it from your PC and send files to it's HD? I have a DVD player that can play mpeg, DivX, XviD, avi etc but obviously I have to burn stuff to CD or DVD first, I guess I wouldn't need CDs or DVDs if I had this, right? Can it play all common video formats ?

I see what you're saying but I think maybe what you're missing is that a singled TT would be making more than this singled NA. Jay's car is now making 390rwhp and 395 lb-ft or torque, if I've worked it out right. Now that's a big improvement over an NA but it's not a lot more that some BPU TTs. I suppose the power level of Jay's car is now about halfway between a BPU TT and a small single.

Hi Ash I'm in the same boat mate. Mine is using lots of oil (worse than yours actually) and I need to determine whether it's the turbo, the oil scraper rings or something else. As I understand it you can replace the oil rings but until the engine is stripped and everything measured there's no way of knowing for sure. Obviously the labour charge for a job like that is is not gonna be cheap. Mark would have been talking about the compression rings when he was saying that a problem with the oil rings may not show up on a leakdown test. Good luck trying to find a good 2nd hand VVTi lump. Turbo Dynamics can check your hybrids out and tell you if the turbo oil seals (or something else) have gone but seeing as the stock sequential system is such a PITA to remove it's not gonna be easy/cheap either. Nightmare innit?

You'll be limited to what boost you can run and the mapper will have to retard the timing compared to what he would set it to for SUL but basically, yeah it just needs mapping to suit the fuel you'll be using. Power output will be down more than the 'small bit' you mentioned though. We used to have a member running a single Supe in India and the fuel there is even lower quality than ours. 90RON I think it was.
