  1. Depends how you read it. When I read it it sounds fine to me Fuck it, I'm outta this thread. Can't be arsed with people getting offended by proxy.
  2. What would I put? This is what is in my boot.ini at the moment: [boot loader] timeout=10 default=multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS [operating systems] multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS="Microsoft Windows XP Professional" /noexecute=optin /fastdetect

    Ignore list

Yes, I'll still be able to see your posts.
  4. Linky no worky Interesting theory. I'll reboot and check.
  5. What hostility? What choice? I've just read back through the last several posts to check but I can't see any hostility. I presume you mean by me or Homer, right?

  7. and your BPU car is faster on A roads and B roads, is it?
  8. You've never been in a sorted single turbo Supra, have you Gaz.
  9. You could draw/paint/crayon/tipex a line that crosses the inner and outer parts of the crank pulley and then see if the outer part has moved in relation to the centre after the car has been run. If the outer part isn't there it's safe to assume that the pulley is ripe for replacement.
  10. Can we hold the hysteria there for a mo? We don't even know for sure if it's the crank pulley that is the problem yet.
  11. I've also got a PHR Stage One kit and pretty good supporting mods, all quality parts, professionally fitted. The flywheel power estimate for my car is 98bhp less than VeilsideTT claims for his car with the same kit. It's just the Thor Dyno, again. It's famous for over-reading.
  12. the Crank pulley is the usual suspect
  13. I think so, or rather the seller thought so, he can check with Garrett before he orders it from them. If you know, tell me for both types please. because it's another $1000 for the turbo and I'm told a pain to plumb the water feeds for a DBB. And the hoses are silly-expensive too. I asked him and he replied but was a bit non-committal, no figures mentioned.
  14. Nobody knows? I bet you're all watching Life On Mars I can get it for $875 + $115 for delivery. Thats $990 or about £505 Just need to know which back housing to order.
  15. So given the example (786) 293-8876 it would be 0001 786 293 8876 Right?
  16. (I'm sure I've asked this before but I can't find it now) If the number in the USA is (786) 293-8876 What do I have to dial before 786 293 8876 ? Someone must know. I'm buggered if I can work it out. I've tried 0001 786 293 8876 Tried 001786 293 8876 and several more wacky ones
  17. I'm looking at Garrett GT4088 turbos and it seems they're pretty cheap. A lot of them don't seem to come with v-band exhaust fitting though. I think this one is right but which turbine housing would I need to order? It says: Any suggestions? Thanks
  18. If they use the same builders as Wembley it'll never be ready in time for 2012 anyway.
  19. Blimey mate you're full of questions for someone who's just thinking about it at the mo. He means on the Dyno plots. Both our cars were mapped at the same place by the same person. 800cc high/side PE's in the stock rail would be fine. That's exactly what I have in mine but I know I've got overhead to go bigger if I want.
