  1. I don't remember it. What was the screen shot of ?
  2. Is it saving and recalling the other settings OK? Like the CAR SELECT settings?
  3. Majid, Please stop dragging up old threads to give your advice. I think the thread starter has probably worked it out in the two years before your post.
  4. As a neutral I thought it was a crap game. It was a shame Chelsea scored so near the end, I was hoping for the drama of penalties. WTF has Ronaldo do to his eyebrows? He looks like a Bangkok ladyboy!
  5. Not many people can supply their engine number. They aren't usually listed on the log book and are damn near impossible to read off the block.
  6. As said above, you need to go back and forth only cutting a ¼ to ½ half turn each time. Take it slowly and you'll get there fine in the end.
  7. You might want to say whether it's an Auto or manual one.
  8. I think you were supposed to connect all the houses to the water supply!
  9. Thanks for kind words about my car. I like it (I mean the car, not your words). I don't think it got a mention in the "Nicest Supras" thread the other day. :sulk: I bought it with the single already on but it needed mapping because it had just had an engine rebuild and a few other bits. I paid just under 17k for it but have spent about 2½k getting it sorted since then. Sadly the old fashioned PHR turbo has failed and I'm waiting for a more modern turbo to be delivered, so the car is off the road at the moment - but it's generally very reliable apart from the crappy state-of-the-ark PHR turbo. As long as a singled Supra has quality components and has been mapped properly (this is the hardest thing) there's no reason it shouldn't be perfectly reliable. Obviously it will eat tyres and clutches and drink fuel but with over 500 genuine (not Thor) horsepower it's bound to. If you want an easy life, or if it's your only transport, don't get a single turbo Supra. They're amazing fun but there's a lot of heartache on the road to getting them just right.
  10. No, it's impossible in 2D.
  11. Working on a cruise ship? I thought you were a heterosexual Chris!
  12. Mate, that's years old. I've only just got over feeling ill from when it was posted about 18 months ago.
  13. Frankly Chris I'm amazed at your restraint. I can't believe you've had the car for four years and haven't even decatted it yet! I'm interested in what you said in the first post : "maybe i could get a uk6 single/big twin in red or maybe black" Why would you specifically want a UK spec big single? The supposed UK spec advantages are not really relevant once the turbos and injectors have been replaced, and the brakes aren't a biggy either. So wouldn't one of the newer J-specs be an equal/better car? And they come in nicer colour choices too. (Gunmetal/RSP)
  14. I guess because pistons and valves etc don't see 50k+ rpm and require perfect balancing. How would you balance a turbine that has been ceramic coated?
  15. .... well, the manual ones anyway. Lets face it the manual UK is so rare that it would be a waste to modify it too much. If you're going to really modify it it doesn't matter whether it's a UK or j-spec - so you might as well get a newer J-car and leave the UK for someone else who would appreciate it for what it is. A stock manual UK spec Supra is a future classic.

    Erebuni kits

Well yeah, they're famous for being horrible looking. I haven't actually seen one for abut 3 years but seeing that pic you posted just now confirms how I remembered them.
  17. Me too - that's the one my car caught fire on!
  18. It'll be fine mate. It's only the next turbine housing up from what you had before, everything else is the same. As you know I've gone for the .96 myself and I'm quite confident it'll be great. If you're really worried about it get Kyle to change it for a .81A/R - he won't mind.

    Erebuni kits

They make various knock-offs I believe but yeah the unusual chintastic one is most well known.
  20. Blimey, that's quite an admission from a Thor employee!
  21. They were about £7.99 IIRC Put me down for a set
  22. What was the rwhp? I dunno why people bother with NOS on a road car. It's damn expensive and from what I've heard nobody will insure you with it.
  23. Nice! What turbo is that? What was the rwhp? About 450?
