I think Doug means Torque Converter rather than Viscous Coupling.

The pulley has a bolt rather than a nut, Dave. It's supposed to be a single piece pulley but sometimes the outer ring separates from the inner part. Can you take a photo of it for us to see better?

I bet it's not. If you do a search for threads with Crank Pulley in the Titles, and Show Results as Threads you will find everything you need to know. Good luck Dave.

Is it an RRX? Mines a '98 RRW and I'm pretty sure they didn't do the RRW in Red/Wh/Blk Which would make it a 99 model I think. So even more of a bargain. I wouldn't dream of selling mine for as little Steve is asking - especially seeing as it cost me around nine grand new!

Mines from Whifbitz so I presume it's a copy. The flat-ish section between the headlights, below the bonnet isn't as flat as it should be, looks rather rippled if the light catches it. It's a common fault with copied stuff I believe. My VeilSnide bumper from Miami Rice was the same.

My Dad owned a tyre business when I was a teenager. There used to be approx a 50% markup on what you paid for the tyre but don't forget all the overheads like wages, rates, elec, etc etc etc etc etc

For mixed driving, TT fuel consumption is about 20-22mpg or about 18-22mpg with BPU mods. Handling is remarkably good IF the car hasn't been lowered much and hasn't had huge wheels fitted.

I'm sure there's plenty of single turbo Supras running great, you just don't get to hear about them. The only problem I've had with mine was when the bearings on the state-of-the-ark PHR1 turbo died for no apparent reason. Now the turbo has been replaced with something a little more modern it's brilliant. I really should pull my finger out and get the map adjusted to allow for the larger turbo and the different exhaust the car has now compared to when it was mapped, but it drives great, always starts, never overheats, etc etc. What more do you want? Having said that, there aren't any cheapo parts on mine, as far as I know. It's all brand name stuff (Motec, Garrett, HKS, Power Enterprise, HKS, HKS, HKS) no eBay stuff. For the record, Dan Turner mapped my car last and I'm very happy with the work he did.
