  1. The best way is to leave the Odo alone so that it continues to count up in kilometers.
  2. I don't see how you've been ripped off. The delivery costs were presumably stated in the eBay listing and whatever the seller thinks is reasonable to cover his time and packing materials is covered in that amount.
  3. Blimey! I've never seen damage like that before!

    FAP indeed!

Well I never thought I would see the words FAP and Peugeot in the same article. http://www.infomotori.co.uk/a_115_EN_18101_1.html
  6. Yes. They are consistently higher than any other dyno I'm aware of. Thor's quoted RHHP figures = real flywheel bhp, in my opinion and that of some others on here.
  7. You'd get a good j-spec auto or not-so-great j-spec manual TT for that kind of money. Retrospect, BTW
  8. That ones really good actually!
  9. Blimey you're easily 'attacked'. Anyway, I wouldn't call you a git, fella. I'm sure it would've been something like 'notorious tight-wad'
  10. Aren't these kind of problems usually caused by so called 'security' software? Do you owt like that running Rich? eg anything from Norton/Symantic or other bloatastic (FalseSenseOf)Security Software.
  11. That'll be the same "photochop anoraks" whose help you're asking for, will it? Bite the hand that feeds, much?
  12. That's a shame. Will you get another? Is your Sarah still singing? IIRC she was going to try for XFactor. When does that start?
  13. I've not heard of Kimbers. If it helps, your brakes are the same as fitted to the Lexus GS300, not the same as fitted to the UK spec Supra.
  14. 248bhp? Blimey, that's not bad. Where was that dyno'd?
  15. The guy who owned my blue Supe before me (and had it from new) got a Monaro as the replacement for it. Like folks have said; it's nothing to look at but he seemed to like it. I'd probably go for an m5 next if I wanted something quick but the mo I'm considering an x5 or a Cayenne - dunno why really, I just fancy a change.
  16. How do you mean 'sizes'? There's only two sizes of mkiv Supras brakes and yours are the smaller ones. Unless I'm missing the point, that should be all you need to know to get replacements.
  17. Unlucky Rob It'll be a write-off for sure if the roof is creased. At least you're not too badly hurt.
  18. Very! I gave up trying to figure out what I supposed to be looking at.
  19. No mate, not at all. 550cc injectors are more than capable of that power level. That'll be interesting then. I'm betting it makes less rwhp at 1.4 bar at SRR than it did at the hubs at 1.2bar at Thor.
  20. Is that at the flywheel?
  21. Anyone fitted theirs yet? How do they sound? I got mine yesterday but was a little disappointed in the appearance. They're smaller than I imagined and quite plasticy looking. I'm hoping they sound better than they look.
  22. Yeah, near as makes no odds 1.0 kg/cm² = 0.98 Bar
  23. AFR controller? What's that then mate?
  24. Personally I wouldn't go for Hybrids, I've seen too many folks spend good money on hybrids only for them to fail shortly after. The quality of them seems to vary a lot. Stock j-spec turbos are more dependable IMO. Whoever it was above that thinks he's hitting about 450bhp; which uprated injectors are you using? The stock j-spec injectors can't flow enough fuel to make 450bhp, not unless you've raised the fuel pressure way above stock anyway. There's a fair difference between bhp at the hubs and at the wheels. My old Supra made 350@hubs and 300rwhp. Is anyone going to the SRR day that has previously had their car dyno'd at the hubs and still have the same mods? It would be interesting to see if your results are also more realistic at SRR.
  25. Those 'search result' type links never work for anyone except the person that did the search the link relates to. See: http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/search.php?searchid=3124271
