You'll be hitting 1.6bar or more on j-spec turbos with no cats and a freeflowing exhaust. You don't really want to run more than 1.2 if you can help it. Get a restrictor plate in the exhaust to get the boost back down to a sensible level before you commit turbocide.

The first single turbo Supra I ever drove was a BL67 on an auto with stock Torque Converter. It was so slow off the mark that it put me off singles for along time. I wouldn't consider anything bigger than a t61 on an auto.

Don't expect much of a "flood" though - they only made a few dozen per month in the last few years. And a lot of those of those were NA or Tips. Not that it matters, and I dunno if it's right but I heard they only carried on producing them to satisfy some rule about racing them. 'Homologation' or somesuch?

Years ago, I used to work in Germany. In Hamburg lots/most of the Golf GTi's had a Rabbit badge on the back - looked a bit like a weird Playboy bunny kinda logo. I never understood it at the time but now I'm wondering if it's something to do with this same tuning company, anyone know?

I'm only interested in the .96 div housing as I understand it will work like a smaller AR with my div tang manifold. (You didn't answer my q about whether your manifold is divided)

Hi Mike, Do you have a divided manifold? Would you be interested in selling the .96 back housing? I'd like to try it on mine as I believe it would work better with my div tang HKS manifold and plain 4088 than my current non-divided back housing does. I was just about to order an .82 housing from Kyle (I think you're getting yours from hm too) but I'd like to try the div .96 really as I'm only looking for a little spool improvement.

and gave me my car keys back! 3 hours ago Lucas from this forum come round to borrow a tool. I must've left my keys in the boot lock after he went. The car is on my drive but the rear of the car is only like 18" away from the pavement. That could've been a right pain in the arse. I don't even a spare set of keys.
