It wouldn't affect your current MoT. Obviously if they found anything dangerous or illegal you would still be liable to have that corrected.

Saw a white j-spec on the hard shoulder of the m27 this morning, about 0730. I stopped to see if he needed anything but he was just about to be towed off the motorway by another mkIV, a silver one. The fella said his rad had cracked Was it you? Hope you get it sorted OK mate.

Was it in a trailer? I've seen a v8 in a mini. It was a mini pick-up and the engine was in the back driving the rear wheels through a Renault transaxle. Went like the clappers too.

He wouldn't hit fuel cut at 14psi though. A single turbo on stock ECU and stock injectors sounds crazy to me. I'm amazed it runs even half-way decently. I wonder what his AFRs are at 14psi with the increased airflow from the T78

You've still got the 180kmh limiter on a Single Turbo Supe? What ECU and injectors are fitted? I'd try to get those error codes read first. Although it's not easy finding somewhere that can do it.

Because they've spent a shit load of time and money to give the car less power and torque than it had to begin with. IMO if you're going to go to that much trouble at least put a SBC in there. Apart from 'keeping it Toyota' I don't see the 1UZ as a good choice of V8.

Yeah but I missed the first couple of adverts, or rather the TV was on but I didn't notice the ads had started straight away. And blimey! When did they start having those hotties in The Bill? WPC 361 is a belter !
