  1. More attention seeking. He doesn't have the self control to keep away from here. Please prove me wrong though. Please.

  3. You know it's not real? It's from a comedy sketch show.

    Radiator

Saw this in another thread: http://cart.carcooling.co.uk/index.php?p=product&id=30779
  5. Not even when it's accurate?
  6. Life's not fair. Boo Hoo. Supra61's posts are fine. This new guy's posts aren't. Supra61 makes the effort. The new guy doesn't. The guy DOES write in text speak and he does put LOL at the end of every sentence instead of some punctuation. It boils down to this: make the effort to make your posts readable or sling your hook. I'm sure in Portugal they don't teach people to write in all lower case and without any punctuation.
  7. Please don't race proper cars in a NA Supra.
  8. You might get away with it in a pub but in a workplace that is totally unprofessional. You'd be sacked for that in any company I've worked for. No written warning, no quiet chat, here's your p45, there's the door. Have they not suspended you yet?
  9. I don't see why there's all this hatred for traffic wardens. If they do their job properly I think they're a good thing. It's the arrogant buggers who think they can park where they like, obstructing the road and other road users, that annoy me. It can't be a fun job (although I bet it has its moments) but somebody has got to do it.
  10. Could you have a quiet word with that ScotttHKS fella as well please John? Trying to understand his posts is giving me a headache.
  11. I've seen this car in the flesh and it's like new. Immaculate and completely unmolested examples like this are almost impossible to find nowadays.
  12. Why only 480p? Is that the limit of the wii or the TV?
  13. Which? There are more than one mentioned in this thread.
  14. It's LCD though. I'm currently thinking of buying one of the £650 42" 100Hz LG plasma ones that Gav mentioned the other day, and moving my 37" JVC LCD to the computer room. Mainly because the LCD is shit for stuff with lots of movement on-screen, like footy, or any sport really. I wouldn't have another LCD TV http://www.dixons.co.uk/product.php?sku=542066 http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=123727

    Hello!!!

Hi Tim Where you been mate? How's the MotoGp world?
  16. Yeah, when I had the other turbo it (the oil drain pipe) was leaking. I thought I'd fixed it when I fitted the new one. Yep. I don't know. I suspect not Nothing is heat wrapped. I know it works quite well but it's so ugly!
  17. I'm sure you're right Doug. I'll pull my finger out this weekend and get it done.
  18. I do have an oil cooler, in the NS bumper apeture. Your oil temp? So you think it might be nothing to worry about. I just need to sort the slight leak out then. Again :sigh: I don't have a vented bonnet, but I don't want one really. I think I need to get my oil temp gauge working again and maybe add a water temp gauge too.
  19. coitus radi finite pro ludo militis (Fuck that for a game of soldiers)

    My new wheels

Nice one Andy. They show off your shitty J-spec calipers a treat! Who was the footballer?

    injectors+rail

You want an aftermarket side feed rail? Can I ask why? Also, I notice you haven't stated whether you want high or low imp injectors. Do you not have a preference?
  22. Best joke I've seen on here for a long time.
  23. For quite a while now I've noticed a smell of hot oil when I get out of the car after driving it. Tonight I popped the bonnet and had a look at the engine bay and was surprised by quite how hot is was in there. The insulating turbo blanket on the GT40 (Precision GT40/88 0.96A/R) was so hot I couldn't put my hand on it and even the 4" pipe from the compressor housing to the airfillter was too hot to touch for more than a second. (I used to be an exhaust fitter in a previous life, so I'm not being a wuss about how hot these part were ) I also noticed a slight oil leak on the turbo oil return hose, again. Obviously I'm concerned about how hot the engine and engine oil is getting. Not sure what I can do about it though. While writing this I've just remembered that the car has currently got the 2nd cat fitted. I haven't got round to removing it since my MoT a couple of weeks ago. Could this be the problem? Causing higher than normal EGT? Thinking about it, the (3" post-turbo) EGT gauge is showing about 600°c on cruise. That's probably too hot, is it? I wish my Oil Temp gauge sender hadn't packed up the last time I did an oil change. I need it at the moment. Any thoughts?
