They don't come from the turbo manufacturer with a 90° bend on the compressor outlet. It's a bodge done by someone else to make it fit a certain car. Short radius 90° bends are not good for gas flow.

15-20% cheaper. . . but you use 30% more of it compared to petrol.

My Mrs saw this car she likes on PistonHeads. But then I saw that the same car is advertised on AutoTrader for more than double the amount it's on PH. So it's obviously a scam. Also there's no phone number on the PH advert, which is never a good sign. Still waiting to hear back from the 'seller' It's so bloody annoying. It's enough of a PITA buying a car without having these idiots wasting my time. Grrrrr!

Not keeping it standard after all then? Seems a shame that it survived as stock for so long only for you to start :chav:ing it up now. Still, it's your car. To answer your question; in theory a vent-to-atmos BOV can cause idling and stalling problems on a MAF based Supra because you are dumping metered air from the system - but in practice most folks find that it doesn't actually cause any problems. YMMV
