I was 22 and on the dole (some things never change ) The storm had loads of the slates off our roof and caused lots of damaged round our way (the Isle Of Wight). First thing I knew about it was when I woke up at the crack of lunchtime the next day. I'd slept right through it in a pissed/stoned stupor. Ahh, those were the days.

I've never understood the "more air" explanation either. If the boost pressure is the same, and the cylinders are the same size, and the pipework between the turbo and the cylinders is the same volume, how can there be MORE air at the same pressure? -
Regarding the "witty" reply by Blackie, could somebody explain it to me? I don't get it at all. Thanks

You're saying it has 1000cc injectors running at 3Bar fuel pressure? And they were at 86% duty? Something doesn't add up there.

Blimey, they're chavtastic. You can't beat a bit a pointless stick-on tat to really make a car look silly.

Just leave it mounted to the decat pipe and store that. Why bother? Seems like work for nothing to me. I just left mine displaying 14.7 all the time it wasn't connected. Didn't hurt it at all.

I just unplug the connector near the sensor and cable-tie the cable to the gearbox mount to keep it out of the way until the cats come back off again. No need to remove the wiring to the gauge.

You can't bore the block out to 3100cc let alone 3200. You can gain some extra capacity by increasing the stroke but it's very expensive (say £5k) and a very poor HP per £ ratio. Why do you want to change the FPR?
