Did you actually connect the battery terminals when you had it in the wrong way? If so, did you try to start the car with it connected like that?

While my Supra is off the road with the knackered heater matrix I'm driving our FreeLander (1.8 K-series engine :shudder: ) I know it's a heavy car but for a 1.8 the fuel consumption is frankly pathetic. Now, I seem to remember some mention of converting the FreeLander to two wheel drive and gaining an extra 3-5 mpg. Anyone know owt about this? Would one be converting it to FWD or RWD? How would you do this? Just disconnecting drive shafts, or what? Thanks for any help

Almost as bad as folks putting shitty Evo calipers on Supras just because of the Brembo logo on them. They have the Brembo logo though... must be great, right? Regardless of the fact that they're only available because droves of Evo owners are binning them.
