But if i remember right i think the gti-r lightweight had reworked cams and ecu which would acount for the figures being different Dont hold me to that its just what i seem to remember hearing somewhere

I'm just doing mine at the moment the bonding sealent is a pita but i just kept on warming them up with the hot air gun I got em apart with out breaking any thing in the end !

No order no but the Customer ref was Kindell I spoke to a guy called Wanye he just happend to have a hks type r in for rebuild (stone in it ) and i just asked him to run me off a copy and thats about it I did say to him if this all went well i would post on here about it and that he may get more orders so he should have kept the size's and spec's ! Micra's in the background because the cars in my workshop No that price was just for the bare I.C. i had to fit it make up the mountings, supply and alter the pipe work, make up new p/s oil cooler pipe, relocate cooling system overflow tank, but apart from that lot it was no probkem at all:(

I've just had Pace make me a f.m.i.c. Very nice job and they made it up to the same spec and size as a H.K.S type 'r' for £385 plus vat ! now thats what i call a good saving

No i dont have a Active front spoiler, and i,ve just changed the front for a Paul Whiffin front looks great with the respray Just need to get the damn thing back on the road seems to have been in the workshop for a life time

I've just finished fitting my own Custom made fmic got mine made up by Pace and then made my own mounts and pipe work to meet up with a H.K.S. hard pipe kit . Would have cost over 2k if i had gone for all H.K.S. stuff but this way it cost me about £800 inc the hard pipe kit

Has anyone got the part numbers for the two breather hose's under the plug cover, as its time i changed my plugs and i know they are going to split

Which way are you trying to remove it air box side i.e. upwards or i.c side i.e downwards ???

Has anyone got some info or pics of the mounting points/Brackets and pipe work for the fitting of a H.K.S fmic r type ?? I've had one made up and now i need to get the brackets and pipe work done so any help from someone whos fitted one or has any pics would be great

Pop round to Stapletons wheels and tyres on Park st Aylesbury they do wheel refurbs but i think they may just use Pristine to do em. Or and i have used this guy a few times with no probs there is a guy in Waddesdon who is cheap but i'm damned if i can find his number If you want to ring me at work (or pop in and say hi) i may have it there, Kindell motors Stocklake Aylesbury 01296 394696 I've got a list of wheel refurb guys there ??

My girlfriend works for B.M.W as a service adviser so she's going to have a word with the guys in the workshop see if they can come up with anything that might help soon as i know i'll get back to you!!! p.s. did you wait till i had bought my chrome dial surrounds off you till you droped the price i've only had em about a month, but they do look a lot better breaks up the mass of plastic on the dash now all i need is to find a steering wheel i like !!!!

Where abouts is Ian I run a full recovery service as in we do work for the AA,RAC,Green Flag ect and we also have a full workshop although i'm not a Supra expert but i can look at it and advise him for there if thats any help !!!

I've got the TRD Bilsteins on my car they are nice units like someone else said they do lower the car but not to silly levels, i also have Nur spec and i have no grounding probs

ajefford if you pop down to Complete Car Audio (CCA)like i say there 200 yds down the road from your work (think you work at Sony) They will realy help you out i know they have done a few Supra installs' they are behind the lynks gym about 3 doors down from the cafe. Tell em Mark Kindell (Kindell Motors) sent you down i'm sure they will look after you even if its just to get a price and advice. P.S. they do all the cubby holes and blanking plates

Ohh and the Blitz DSBC has a boost gauge on it. With the sony head unit it has its own amp built in so you can just bypass the stock one and leave it where it is for when you come to sell it or whatever' my ice was fitted by CCA they are about 200yds from where you work tell em i sent you round and they will look after you! ajefford if your in Aylesbury so am i drop me a e-mail and pop round one lunch time or after work and have a look at it. I'll run through the Turbo timer with you than you can decide from there ???

If you look at my dash pic on mkivSupra.net member 81, I have a sony active front head unit with Blitz turbo timer and Blitz DSBC all mounted in the din slots sounds like what your after ! And i still have room to hold a cd lol
